I don't want to go to hell. I want to be happy.

When I looked it up on the internet, it was written that people who make people laugh go to hell. Comedians and the like go to hell.
Until now, I've loved making people laugh, and I've made many people laugh.
Am I going to hell? I'm afraid of going to hell
When I was in middle school and high school, I stole my parents' money and shoplifted.
As for this, I think I deserved it even if I went to hell. Please, how should I make amends? I don't want to go to hell.
I want to be happy
Recently, there are times when synchronicity happens once in a while.
The fact that synchronicity occurs seems to mean that it is moving in the right direction,
Are we really moving in the right direction?
Right now, I'm being tested to the point where I think I won't be able to overcome it.
Also, there are times when I'm worried that I'm going to attack people.
I want to be happy. Please give me words of salvation. please.

It's fine.

I read it. You won't go to hell by making people laugh.
It's fine. Please don't worry.
Bringing smiles to people brings good fortune. So that's a good thing, isn't it?
Conversely, shaming someone and making them a laugher and deeply hurting that person's heart is a very bad act. It's a sin.
If by any chance you humiliate someone to make them laugh, please stop it.
If you humiliate others, the rewards will always come back to you.
Also, if you have committed a bad thing, that is, a crime, please reflect deeply with all your heart and repent. Also, if you hurt someone by it, please apologize promptly. And make sure you never do that kind of thing again.
I want you to live your life with a good heart from now on. It brings you good fortune, brings you precious relationships, and brings happiness.
Please grow healthily while appreciating various things, people, and Shinto and Buddhism every day.
I'm rooting for you.

Don't trust the internet too much

Hello.

As for synchronicity, it's just a coincidence. If you try or get caught up in something like that, your mind will go in a strange direction. Please be careful.
Where on earth did you see “People Who Make People Laugh Go to Hell” on the internet? That's ridiculous. The internet is mixed. Try not to take anything for real.
Shoplifting or taking money from your parents was bad, wasn't it? Let's reflect and never do it again. Once possible, after apologizing and making repayments, be sure to do a lot of shopping at that store from now on. Also, let's do our filial piety properly.

Now, in Buddhism, the world after death is “unknown.” So I don't even know if hell exists.
I think the reason why people talk about hell in Buddhism is that the purpose is not to make people go to hell, but rather the opposite, and they hope they don't go to hell.
The reason why the map of hell is dared to be depicted in such an ugly way that it makes people think that hell is the worst place that no one wants to fall into. Let's stop doing bad things. I think that's the reason hell exists.

Recently, people like you who say “I'm afraid of hell” came to the consultation and asked me questions over 3 times, so I'll post them here.
Many monks have answered questions about how to repent (sange) when they have done something bad, and how to live in order not to go to hell. Please use it as a reference.

Towards a Good Cause

Hanku-sama

This is Kawaguchi Hidetoshi. This is my humble answer to the question.

Without falling into the three evils of hell, hungry demons, beasts, etc., all of these things depend on causality (cause and condition) when it comes to the three good interests of heaven, people, etc., and furthermore, going to the Pure Land, the Buddha's state, and worldly happiness.

In order to achieve good results in life and the next life, in Buddhism, refraining from bad deeds, striving for good deeds, and purifying the mind are first and foremost required.

Anyway, it's “no result without a causal relationship.”

It is something I want to continue to adjust my daily behavior towards a good cause and effect.

Crimes and misdeeds that have been unavoidably committed in the past can be purified along with good deeds by remorse and firmly reflecting and revising them, leading to good causes and relationships. Let's be firm in remorse, repent, and work hard for better deeds in the future.

Also, when it comes to trials, if you work on the cause and effect to overcome them, you will naturally be able to overcome them. I would like to continue to arrange good causal relationships as much as possible for good results.

Anxiety that might attack people... if you harm people, it becomes bad work, so in addition to exercising firm restraint, it is also a place where I want to nurture the sense of mercy in Buddhism.

I would be grateful if you could take this opportunity to learn and practice Buddhism little by little.

Please believe in happiness and move forward

It seems that laughing boosts immunity and kills cancer cells. Laughter makes people feel better. Making people laugh has merit, and it takes you to the heavenly world, let alone hell.

It's about lying and stealing, but it's also necessary for teens to go through such evil experiences.
The hero who brought fire to humanity. That is Prometheus, and he “stole fire” from God. In short, this is a story as a symbol of becoming mentally independent from parents when you were a teenager.

As for synchronicity, I don't know what that means, but wouldn't it be better to interpret it as a good thing and move forward?

Please believe in happiness and move forward.
