Nice to meet you, Mini-Boo.
I read the previous Q&A.
It may be a tough way of saying it all of a sudden, but do you like the job of a nursing assistant?
There is a saying “I want to work as a nursing assistant,”
Do you really want to love your job as a nursing assistant?
Or are they choosing that job because they are qualified as nursing assistants?
I'm sorry for being rude.
However, if you really like the job of a nursing assistant and work for it, maybe you're working with the wrong partner?
The nursing partner is simply the client.
If you like taking care of clients, memorizing work (manuals, daily routines, relationships within the hospital, etc.) should be done in order to interact with clients.
If you make a mistake, it could lead to the client's health condition and sometimes life.
If you like dealing with clients, I recommend that you put that first, remember the work slowly but surely, and continue your nursing job.
However, if you're choosing a job because you have qualifications, you might want to look for another job right away.
No matter what, people think about things based on criteria such as advantage for them, the magnitude of the burden, etc.
But if you've changed jobs dozens of times until now, you're probably feeling some kind of contradiction within yourself.
If you keep doing that work and you have become more and more weak, you have no roots or children.
It's up to you to do the work.
But it's your staff and clients who do the work for you.
The people you interact with are people, and you are also a person.
If you work while feeling a contradiction within yourself and end up quitting your job again, it will cause trouble to the hiring side, and more than anything else, you yourself will get more and more into yourself.
If you're worried over and over, maybe it's time to think again about what you really want to do.
If you get a new qualification, you can get it if you feel like taking anything other than those with age restrictions.
There are also people I know who have obtained qualifications and have been working hard since they are in their late 50s.
Why don't you look at it for the first time by discovering a new self again?
