I feel mental pain from a simple part-time job.

I'm currently working part-time at a washroom to raise funds to make my dream come true.
But honestly, this is tough.

It's a simple task, so it's not physically difficult at all.
Rather, it's an easy category except for standing.

However, because it is a simple task, I quickly get bored with what I'm doing, and I feel extremely mentally strained.

The current situation is that you work fast - work fast, work while always keeping in mind, and when you look at the clock every few minutes, you are discouraged by the needle that doesn't move forward, and only stress builds up.

I can see for myself that the adverse effects of stress are clearly reflected in work attitudes and work efficiency, and at this rate, it will cause trouble to my colleagues.
I don't feel like I can continue at this rate.

Is there any way to fix this situation?
Please lend us your wisdom.

There is also an option to find another part-time job.

You're feeling stressed about the work content of your part-time job, but for now, you're thinking about doing something about it.

If I don't feel motivated and I'm thinking about bothering my colleagues, I thought it would be okay to look for a part-time job in a different place...
After all, do you think this is difficult?

My current part-time job is boring.
But are you hesitating that it might be the same even if you go somewhere else?

Your current part-time job is one way for you to raise funds to become the “person you want to be.”
That doesn't mean I'm asking you to cut corners.

Moving to another place to work isn't a bad thing.
Maybe it will be more rewarding than it is now.
Well, you don't know all of this until you actually try it.

Of course, there is an option to continue as it is, but if you decide to do so, don't cut corners because of the work content.

I often recite nembutsu, but various distractions and delusions pop up in my head and then disappear.
I thought I had been chanting nembutsu for quite a long time, but when I suddenly looked at the clock, I was surprised that only 5 minutes had passed.
However, on the other hand, if you concentrate on chanting nembutsu, if you are singing aloud and doing your best, time may go by in a blink of an eye.

I wonder if they're washing dishes?
Why don't you focus on washing the dishes?
How to clean, quickly, and efficiently, eliminate waste of detergent and water, and focus on washing dishes.
When it comes to washing dishes, they aim to be number one in the store.
Bring me more Rock Paper Scissors plates! I felt like that.
Always thinking about ways to make it cleaner and faster.

It's been a long sleepless night, but once you take the plunge and go to sleep, it's a blink of an eye.

Because it's going to be simple

Hello. When you hear mental pain... I think it's hard, but after all, does that mean it's “boring”?
We also do a lot of simple work. As is the case with cleaning, information on various events, and since it is the Jodo sect, what is central is “praising Nembutsu.” This hasn't changed since 800 years ago.
Well, the interesting thing is, “No matter how you feel, it's fine. It's better than not doing it.” That's the stance. That was from 800 years ago. They say, “Feelings follow you as you do it.” If you don't do anything later, you won't be able to get there. It's up to you.
I wonder if this is actually the same even when washing dishes. It's also nice to keep working on a new job. It's okay to twirl and change. However, there is a world that can be seen by honestly continuing to do the same thing.

Get a multifaceted perspective

One More Baby
Hello. I took a look.

You're working hard to make your dreams come true, aren't you? That's amazing. I think being able to work so hard is an advantage and talent of One More Baby.

Well, it is said that they are getting bored because the simple work they currently work for is so simple. Certainly, I think there are people who are suited to simple tasks, and there are also people who are not. Not all humans have the same vessels, and there are various types of vessels, so I think it's natural that they are unsuitable.

You can't change the details of your work, but I think you can change your “allies.” For example, let's think about how to efficiently and smoothly proceed with current work from the perspective of a manager. Or how will they teach when new newcomers come in from now on, and if they grasp points, they will be able to work as an immediate force.

If someone else works nearby, is there anything you can gain from that person's work? Looking at work from a “multifaceted perspective,” such as looking at what can be gained through current work, may be useful for future dreams and work. It's troublesome as long as it's “forced labor.” By working with an awareness of “well, how would I move if I were entrusted with the company from tomorrow,” I think it is possible to look at “the work that has been done” from a different perspective until now.

Buddhism is also not about strengthening oneself or becoming superior; it is a path of touching the Buddha's heart through looking at oneself from the “Buddha's point of view,” and reviewing one's “biases,” “values,” and “outlook on life.” This is because Buddhism is a path where people walk not only for their own “sake,” but also for “living and living things,” including oneself.

I think it's great that you're working so hard for your dreams right now. If it doesn't suit you no matter what, I don't think there's any need to overdo it, but I recommend looking at it “multifaceted” first. I'm rooting for you. Gassho
