What is a lifestyle learned from Buddhism

good evening. I came across this site and found out the true identity of my fuss, and my mind is also changing. Thanks to everyone who responded to the consultation. Thank you very much.
I have lived my life keeping a diary, taking notes, and storing things.
However, living with what is right in front of you, what you see, and what you hear means you don't need what you don't need. It has come to be seen that it will make life easier.
Does this idea fit?
At this time, I would like to properly recover from my lifestyle, so please tell me.

Be aware that the cause of worries and suffering is distress

Buddhism controls and eliminates worries and suffering.
Worries The cause of suffering is worry, so worry is controlled and erased.
I think it's pretty effective just to notice worries such as greed, anger, laziness, and pride.
After that, please cultivate the four immeasurables of mercy and devotion.

Buddhism is not a special way of life

When it comes to Buddhist life, you may feel that such a lifestyle exists separately from your current life, but the state of your current life itself is Buddhism.

Please study yourself carefully and live your life.

Read sutras

The sutras are directly explained by the Buddha.
Let's read the Buddha's words first.
Otherwise, you won't be able to learn from Buddhism.

Which sutras should I read?
It varies greatly from denomination to denomination.
I think any sutra can be a stepping stone, but I recommend reading “The Buddha Sentence ○○ Sutra” and the one with the Buddha theory attached to the head

Buddhist theory means that the Buddha was preached.
There are also many sutras compiled by Bodhisattvas and monks, such as arguments and exegesis.
Of course, that is also important, but first let's read what the Buddha explained.

There are also a lot of false sutras, and I think that is also fun.
Everything starts with a single step, so be sure to try walking in Buddhism.

and finally...
Above all else, I think it's important to live a life where you hold hands with the Buddha.
There is no Buddhism where there is no faith.
