How can I get rid of the pain of flashbacks?
Now that I've learned the teachings of Buddhism, I think I can understand the importance of living in the present in my head.
However, at an unexpected moment in everyday life, memories that you are about to forget come back to life in flashbacks and are suddenly dragged into the past. Especially when reading or watching a movie, it can happen even in scenes that are completely unrelated. Then, while regretting the past, my thought circuit stops there. This phenomenon happens over and over again every day, and I feel like I'm wasting my precious time.
I know in my head that these are delusions. What can I do to prevent flashbacks from happening?
