I want to be complacent in a damn world I want to know the meaning of life

It seems that if humans become extinct, no library books or internet information will remain. Why are humans so desperately trying to create civilization, aren't they? I think so.

1 As you can see in biology, there doesn't seem to be any point in leaving offspring. It's a genetic vehicle! It's called Dawkins. There is a genetic competition going on with no purpose and no goal for progeny to prosper. and then dies. There are no bodies or bones left in the end. We are just like death row inmates. I might die tomorrow. but it doesn't mean anything.
There was no truth in physics or mathematics, and neither Neumann nor Einstein understood the world's answers. In the end, even a damn genius died not knowing the answer in this world where the meaning was unclear. Even if cells more amazing than IPS cells are formed, humans will perish, the solar system will disappear, and it seems that if interstellar gas runs out, the universe itself will cease to exist. In other words, living things are not 100% permanent. While suffering, they grow old and die alone like trash.

2 Also, this civilization and human society, where everyone is desperately working hard now, is also a farce, and even though everyone is desperately working hard, your temple or anyone's company or school will disappear, and 100 years from now, what everyone has worked hard for will have no meaning, and society is desperately studying, working, and exploited while feeling stupid, serious, and unreasonable, and putting capitalism into practice, nothing remains in the future. It makes me look stupid, doesn't it? The only thing that remains today is disparity and unfairness.

3 Even if I desperately try my best to become an excellent person, there is no point; there is an amazing genius, and if there is a genius on top of that genius, there is no point in that genius living, and even if that person creates something, they will die anyway.

According to Nietzsche, people die due to relativity, but life is complacency! enjoy it! Let's say you think about it.
But they're for people who are satisfied, right? After all, everything is ranked, and most people can't get to the top of that ranking. There are people who don't think it's interesting because of that, and the top management also dies anyway. There are people who can do the work they love, and there are people who can't. Can former athletes with lower body paralysis be complacent?
I'm alive even if it doesn't mean anything! There are people who say something like that, and the majority of such people are seriously participating in society. They haven't taken a leave of absence from college like me. Everyone thinks society has value. I'm trying to meet people and try to do something. I don't stare at the wall every day.
All you have to do is give up the meaning of life and be complacent! How do you come to that thought?

Worries The cause of suffering is anguish

It sounds like you have some kind of trouble.
The cause of that trouble and suffering is anguish.
If you can control your worries, you can control your worries and suffering.
Buddhism teaches techniques to control worries.
In other words, Buddhism is a collection of techniques that enable people to live in peace and die in peace.
Please try learning Buddhism.

The meaning of life is empty and lucky

Mr. Savant

This is Kawaguchi Hidetoshi. This is my humble answer to the question.

In Buddhism, it deals with the issue of mental inheritance in reincarnation, which continues even after death.

Buddhism explains that mental inheritance in reincarnation is purified, and peacefully adjusted toward enlightenment and nirvana, and it is necessary to treat anguish and ignorance (fundamental ignorance) as the cause of repeated reincarnation.

Also, please consider that Buddhism does not only deal with dimensional problems in this one Earth or this one universe. It also deals with dimensions beyond imagination, both in terms of space and time.

There are also things that are not mentioned (there is no point in discussing it), but anyway, the cause of hesitation and suffering is anguish and ignorance, as Gen Hon-sama also said.

Ignorance results from being held captive to substance.

The meaning of life also has no substance. It's empty. However, this does not mean that there is nothing; it simply means that it is possible (as luck) due to causation (cause or condition).

With good causal relationships, we want to find good meanings.

I hope you will take this opportunity to learn and advance in Buddhism.

Why do you want to know the meaning of life?

What do you do when you know the meaning of life?
Shakyamuni thought that no matter how much human thought or effort they made, things they didn't understand should be left as they were.
If it arises, it will perish. Everything is like that. If everything is going to die, do you think it would be nice if it didn't start from the beginning?
If you were told that you would give eternal life, what would you do? I don't want it. I'm so sorry for a never-ending life.
The meaning of life changes over and over again depending on the circumstances in which you find yourself. That's fine. Humans are born alone and die alone.

That's crazy! One more voice!

Mr. Savant.
It looks like you're studying a lot.
And they hit it on me here.
Yes, I think we should check them out one by one.
The moment you think your thoughts are complete, stagnation begins. (In terms of Buddhism, it is called “increasing joji”)
Please be careful.

Well, I'll answer Savant's question.
When I tried to respond intuitively, it looked like the title.

It doesn't mean anything, there's nothing left.
If so, who is superior, not appreciated, not loved, etc., are all illusions, right?
If we focus on looking at things in relative terms, there is certainly no “value” left.
However, only those phenomena can be seen.

So don't you have any senses or feelings?
When you encounter sensory, environmental, or social stimuli, do you not respond in any way?
You are free to dismiss it as an illusion.
However, I may be there where I have my fantasies.
It's “Cogito ergo sum.”

What is needed to break through the current mess may not be “words,” but “experience” or “feeling.”
Let's be more thorough with the relative perspective we got from Savant's learning, discard all value judgments, and observe what happens to ourselves in detail.
Please carefully and slowly observe your thoughts, actions, emotions, and even physiological phenomena.
While thinking, “Oh, maybe this is also an illusion that I perceive as such.”

Incidentally, I can feel your aggression as camouflage from your sentences and the “help me” message behind it.
This is also a delusion that I felt without permission, and as a reaction to that delusion, I felt that I wanted to spell and convey the letters.
Thank you so much for inspiring me in that way.
