What should you do when they say you can't go out with them right now
Around December of last year, I met someone through my sister's introduction, and that person is a 27-year-old contract employee, about 3 years younger than me.
After we met a few times, I fell in love with him, but to be honest, I felt that the other person wasn't really interested in me.
But I couldn't give up, lost weight, and couldn't sleep at night. It was the first time since I was 30 that I fell in love with someone this much.
I confessed directly and verbally, because I was worried and thought, “I can't stay this way, let's clear up my feelings and go next.”
Then, the answer was “I want you to think about it for a moment.”
Then, a week later, I received an oral reply, and the answer was
“I'm a contract employee right now, I don't have a proper job, my hands are full, and I can't get along right now.”
“But until now, I never thought I liked myself. Rather, I thought they were only seen by friends. When I was confessed, I became aware of the opposite.”
“First of all, I feel like we haven't been able to communicate with each other yet.”
“Still, as before, I want to meet, and I don't want to be able to meet again.”
“For now, why don't you start with your friends?”
That was the answer.
I thought I'd be dumped once and for all, so this answer was unexpected.
Certainly, I also thought they weren't able to clear their minds. I also feel like I was simply deciding and walking alone. Maybe I'm impatient at age 30.
My sister said, “Isn't that a hopeful reply? Why don't you wait?” As I said, I'm worried about whether it's okay to think so positively.
I really didn't know what to do.
I would appreciate it if you could give me any comments.
