[Urgent] Crossroads, tomorrow is the time to make a decision

I am currently working as a temporary employee.
I am grateful for the calm and warm treatment at my place of work.
On the other hand, I myself worked while worrying for a long period of time because I wanted to do a job that I felt was worth studying even more.
The company I just happened to apply for is very attractive and I really want to take on the challenge, but I'm waiting for a job offer.
The selection results after getting a job offer are in mid-June.
The deadline for responding to employment contract renewals as temporary employees is tomorrow.
I have to answer both of them by the end of tomorrow.
As for my will, I have a strong feeling that even if I abandon my stable employment as a temporary employee, I would like to apply it to the results of companies awaiting job offers.
When I talked to my boss at my place of work, they understood and agreed with the current situation, but I am really heartbroken to receive warm words that I really want them to work with them in the future.
It is a visible reality that even if employment is postponed, job change activities will eventually occur, but a decision on whether to cancel employment by tomorrow's due date must be submitted by tomorrow.
Will you give up on a dream you can't promise (if you don't get hired, you'll be unemployed), or will you give up on your current dream and continue stable employment?
I can't come up with an answer even if I make a calm judgment or ponder the future ahead.
We would be grateful if you could give us your opinions and guidance on whether to bet on an uncertain future according to your own desires.
We look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
I look forward to working with you.

Do you know

Do you think there are irresponsible monks that carelessly respond to such serious matters?

It would be a problem if people thought of us as shady fortune tellers all over the place.

If there's something you want to do and there's an opportunity to do it

This is Kawaguchi Hidetoshi. This is a humble answer to the question.

Of course, I can't say it's irresponsible, but...

There's something I want to do, and if I have that chance, I think it's better to try it out.

Of course, there may be failures. But if you don't give up and have the will, you'll be able to take on the challenge as many times as you like.

For example, even if you fail, that failure will definitely be a source of food for life and will make you grow.

Challenge and fail for your own growth.

I also think from my own experience that regrets after doing it are better than regrets not doing it.

Take a step forward

You'd better not cross dangerous bridges.

Please cross and check which bridge is dangerous for you, whether both are dangerous bridges, and whether they are both sturdy bridges.

If possible, why don't you sign a temporary employment contract with your current workplace for only 31 days? I think this is possible if there is approval from the temporary staffing agency and the company you are dispatching to.
