I don't have energy for work

My job isn't going well.

Thankfully, everyone looked forward to it and left it up to them, but at one end they didn't have enough strength, the timing wasn't right at another, and in the end, they lost their credibility.

Every day I'm just lamenting that I've lost my energy and that I haven't been able to do this much work.
I couldn't even face the customers who called out to me or the people around me, and time just went by.

I would be grateful if you could give me any advice on how to do it.
Thank you for your support.

My name is Tetsuya Urakami from Nagomi-an, Bariyan-sama, and thank you for your support.

I think it's a deep sense of regret that we were not able to live up to the expectations placed on us by those around us.
The fact that you lament that and don't have energy is also the opposite of being able to work so hard.
It may be painful, but I think there is no choice but to steadily build up in order to regain lost trust.

In my favorite Buddhist words, there is something called “heart forgiveness and now tokujibutsu (Shinzoku iheikon and beechbutsu).”
Everyone wishes for their own wishes to come true, but the state when wishes come true is expressed as “heart failure,” that is, “a state where the heart is closed and shoulders are stretched.”
Conversely, times when thoughts don't come true are expressed as “the present value Buddha,” that is, “a state where the Buddha's work has arrived and the eyes have been opened to the truth.”

When desires come true at will, people may not listen to the opinions of others and become arrogant. However, when you are placed in adversity, you may be given the chance to look at important things, such as relationships and thanks that have supported you.

I'm hoping that tomorrow will come when I think that this time of suffering was necessary for Bariyan in the future.

Why don't you try accomplishing small things?

Nice to meet you, Bariyan-san.
It is said that they are worried about work, so I don't know if this would be advice, but thank you.

When I read the sentences in Bariyan's question, I feel like my mind has turned quite backwards.
When the mind turns backwards, of course, things that usually go well will fail, and in the first place, I'm not motivated.
Surely, when it comes to work, “can't you get the results that everyone expects?” Aren't you worried about things like that?

So why don't you keep your mind positive in places that have nothing to do with work?
We often clean temples.
As soon as you start cleaning, there are usually no problems, and you're done cleanly.
Also, it clears your mind, and makes everyone happy.
If cleaning seems difficult, I recommend cleaning the pot, rice cooker, or trash can.
Small things are good, they end quickly.
Cleaning is good for yourself, but it's also for people.
Even at work, I think it's a good idea to look for something to finish quickly and complete it from small things.

I'm sorry for the plain answer.

they were expected because they were successful people

I think it's really hard for a man in his 40s who is fat as a member of society that doesn't go well at work.
However, there is absolutely no need to push the play button yourself over and over and over again. I also have daily work, so I think the path we should take now is to use failure as food to sublimate it.

Babe Ruth hit 714 home runs and seems to have struck out 1,330 times. Failure and success can be like that.
Bariyan may certainly have failed, but wasn't it because she had many successes in the past that she was expected by those around her?

What should I do now? Bariyan, who decided to walk positively, is definitely taking a step forward from that difficult day. Eventually, the day expected by those around them will come again. Let's sow good seeds today for that day.

You can't do it because you haven't made every mistake

It's a weird title, but you haven't completely failed this time.
The problem is that we haven't made every mistake.
One mistake is one mistake. You should fully acknowledge it, apologize completely, and start again comfortably. It's about completely admitting mistakes with zero excuses. You'll feel sorry, and you'll feel bad that you didn't live up to your expectations. Please unload everything as sorry. It is necessary to switch the switch, saying, “That failure was a complete failure at the moment, I'm sorry, next, it will produce proper results.”
○People who are well scolded and scolded will completely end there. ⇔ Hold it at the root
○People who are good at getting their hearts broken are completely dumped and leave no regrets. ⇔ stalker
○People who fail well immediately take the next action. ⇔ Obsession
I once said a word to an office clerk who is busy dealing with complaints just before hanging up the phone.
“It's hard to keep apologizing for the company even though it's not your fault. Please, every time you hang up the handset, it will end, so please don't leave it behind.”
I was surprised to be thanked crying over the phone.
However, if you leave them one by one, you will definitely get mentally ill. Actually, my friend of the same age doesn't know if that was the cause, but she got cancer. It's for the mind and body. Let's do our best.
In the event of failure, it is a complete defeat, and then it should be completely burned. Strangely enough, they become obsessed because they try to leave something of themselves behind. It's okay, you should dare to use it as a laughing story in order to break down those of you who have a high level of pride someday.
Good customer service does a good job, and even if they fail, they don't leave anything behind when dealing with subsequent customers. Failure is, of course, failure. But no matter how long you keep asking that question, it's probably just a pity. Let's cut it off and start fresh.
It's also for mental health.
