What is selflessness

Selflessness means that there is no unwavering substance, something like an empty dream or illusion.
So selflessness, impermanence, and suffering are the same thing.
If you understand impermanence, you understand selflessness,
If you understand suffering, you understand selflessness.

The things we think in our heads, concepts, and notions have no substance like dreams and visions.
If you become attached to such things, it will cause trouble, suffering, and stress.
Selflessness, impermanence, and suffering also mean not worthy of attachment.
The mind is impermanent. A mind that changes moment by moment is not worth obsession. (People fail because they are fooled by fleeting emotions.)
All of the stimuli that are being input more and more into the eyes, ears, nose, body, and mind are actually painful. Depending on the difference between strong bitterness and weak bitterness, we have the illusion that suffering is pleasure, but originally it is all suffering. So it's not worth obsessing over. (People get drunk on pleasure and fail.)
What we think about with our heads is nothing more than thinking with our heads, and we are selfless. There is a gap with the truth, and I even think about things I can't help thinking about now. I don't even have the concept of myself worthy of attachment. (Although people are fooled by their own assumptions and fail.)

Obsession causes trouble and suffering.
Realizing that you are selfless is a trick to reducing worry and suffering.

This is Kawaguchi Hidetoshi. This is my humble answer to the question.

“Selflessness” is synonymous with “sky,” but in all things, things, events, and phenomena, when it comes to whether something tangible (selfishness) of independent existence, which makes each thing itself separate, is on the side of each thing itself, it means that such a thing cannot be seen as anything.

However, in our ordinary people, we lose our way and suffer in various ways by causing us to be trapped as if such an entity and personality were on the side of the thing itself.

The biggest reason for this is “ignorance” (fundamental ignorance, club abandonment).

However, it is not possible to treat “ignorance” simply by understanding it as described above.

It is necessary to change from the bottom of the heart and from a deep level of awareness.

There is a need to work on the cure of “ignorance” through Buddhist practice.

Kawaguchi Hidetoshi Gassho

Selflessness means that there is no substantial body (selfishness) that can say “this is me” or “this is mine.”

You're here as you, but if you break you apart from head to toe, what can I say “you” with? That might be easier to understand.

It's not a heart, brain, or heart, is it? But those elements combined make you here as you are. This is who you are as a combination of cause and effect (conditions are originally established).

In other words, it is summarized that “I,” which is denied as selfless, is “me” as “Tsuneichi presides.”

There is no “I” that is normal, is single (constant), and is mainly (subjectively), and that controls (can be controlled) anywhere

Simply put,
I'm in a state where the “I” of me... has been broken.

I feel like that was the case when the ego (ego) suddenly disappeared or disappeared.
Do you feel like the boundary between yourself and someone else other than yourself has disappeared?

But it's clearly different from simply being dazed.

The fact that everything does not have “something that can be grasped” is “selflessness.” It means “things are constantly changing.” However, we are constantly changing, and we are trying to grasp what we can grasp and what we don't have. They try to grab what they can't grasp, so suffering is born there. And if you take the hand you're trying to grab off of the thing, you'll be freed from suffering.

It means “nothing” = “0.”

The Heart Sutra also explains that there is nothing.
“Color is the sky, the sky is the color” is just that all actions are impermanent, and all laws are selfless.
