Buddhism

Why do so few people encounter Buddhism in the true sense of the word, and so many people don't?
Also, even if we meet
Like the saying, “There are many young fish, but there are a few when it comes to fish,”
Why are there so few people who can come into contact with Buddhism with true devotion?
Do you mean that there are only people who don't need Buddhism?

The side that transmits, the side that receives

Maybe so. No matter how much you explain it to those who don't listen, it won't be conveyed. However, even if you don't understand today, you may fall sharply tomorrow. The only way to communicate is to continue to unravel Buddhism.

Also, it is true that few monks focus their attention on that side. I think there are many people who have turned into sutras and people who have turned into businesses. The number of people who communicate is also small, and for some reason there are few people who think that is important.

It's common all over the world and it's important to everyone, so it's a pity that you don't understand it.

I think the number of people who are aware of that, like Natsu-san, will increase the number of people who can be saved if they can speak out together when necessary while walking in Buddhism. You shouldn't do Buddhism just for individuals, can you?

[The season has arrived] [the time is ripe] I've been waiting!?

“Very few people encounter Buddhism in the true sense of the word”
In the first place, Buddhism is also called [Buddhism]. Japanese Buddhism is a lineage of Mahayana Buddhism, so they also say “the way of the Bodhisattva.” Judo, kendo, aikido, karate, calligraphy, flower arrangement, tea ceremony... and Buddhism. They are all “roads.” In a sense, there are no goals. It's a direction where we should go forever, and even if our skills and understanding are finally deepening, we may not have mastered it. Even if they are overwhelmingly superior compared to others, they are still somewhat unfinished. Isn't that the “road”? I think teaching that is the teaching of Buddhism, or [Buddhism].

[Supremacy, Deep and Subtle Law, 10 Million Catastrophe Encounters] “Kaikei Gan”

Just as a simple cup of tap water is more valuable than gold and silver treasures for people who are about to dry out right in the middle of the desert, even if Buddhism is rolling around right in front of you, it would be impossible to notice its value if you don't “get ripe” in its own way.
In other words, everyone just hasn't met yet, and I think everyone will meet one day. But if possible, I'd like to meet this person in this lifetime. If I miss this term, I wonder when I'll be able to be born in a human body next...

Please keep that feeling the whole time.

Good morning. My name is Mochizuki.

I took a look at your question.

First of all, Buddhism is necessary for those who need it, and I think it's unnecessary for those who don't.

Something like a cotton swab, for example. Cotton swabs are used to clean ear debris and are used by people who want to remove “dirt.”

But of course, there are people who think they don't need cotton swabs. People don't die just because they don't have cotton swabs, and there are probably people who feel that cotton swabs are bothersome.

In this way, if they want to get rid of the “dirt” of their heart with Buddhism, that person should believe in Buddhism,

If I don't think I need anything in particular, that's all.

and. The reason why there are so many unnecessary people is because the age is the end of the law.

For example, let's say there was a founder named Mr. Children, and there were Mr. Children fans. There will be a certain amount of fans in 100 or 200, just as parents pass on stories to their children.

But what about 2600 years from now? Most people probably haven't heard or seen Mr. Children's songs.
If you do that, is it easier for such people to have faith?

Buddhism was introduced around 2,600 years ago. The current state of affairs is inevitable in a sense.

However, I don't have to think that Buddhism is necessary because it is such an age, and it was Nichiren Shonin, who was quoted by Natsu.

The reason Natsu said Buddhism was necessary is probably because it was necessary.

Don't forget that feeling, and I would be happy if you could share it with others at the same time as learning Buddhism yourself.

“ignorance”

Natsu-sama

This is Kawaguchi Hidetoshi. This is my humble answer to the question.

This is because “ignorance” is a pretty strong nuisance.

Even if there is an encounter with Buddhism nearby, you will be forced to not be able to meet, and it will be hidden.

Also, being born in a situation where you can understand and practice Buddhism is really rare, let alone be born into a world without Buddhism, and are often born into an existence where there is no room at all.

However, don't let them stay ignorant forever. At this rate, due to ignorance and bad karma, you will be wandering all the time in the hesitation and suffering of reincarnation.

The teachings for breaking away from reincarnation, and now that I have come across Buddhism, I want to strengthen my relationship with Buddhism and make steady efforts to practice.
