Why are these people my parents...

When I confide my pain about my parents, they always come back saying “even though they raised me,” “your parents are disloyal,” and “you are spoiled,” and it's lonely that no one understands it. What's more, they don't believe what my parents did at all.

I grew up being abused by my parents. There are several degrees of violence, and most of it is horrible language or harassment.
When it comes to harassment from parents, I don't think others can understand it, but they get in the way by hiding things or making loud noises on purpose while studying. The two are extremely self-centered, and when they are in a bad mood, they yell hysterically. I only spoil them conveniently when I'm in a good mood. (I think those people around me are good parents) I've almost never felt sincere love from the two of them.
Then they want to deny everything about me. They say no matter what you do. And I've always been the laugher of my family. It's been like that every day for over twenty years... There were no allies.
Even when I rebelled against my parents and confronted them, they kept saying “paranoid,” “discipline,” and “it's because they worry about you,” and I've put up with it. “Who do you think is giving out the money!!!” I'm always told that.
I've been putting up with being alone all this time, and before I knew it, I had become depressed. My life is a mess. I didn't have confidence since I was little, and I always wanted to disappear.
I tried to commit suicide, and I still have suicidal thoughts. I want my life to be completely free from getting involved with these people.

My heart was broken after putting up with it for over 20 years. Even when I say this, my friends and psychiatric teachers say things like the ones above, and I wonder if it's my fault for thinking this way.

I don't think my parents are my real parents. I think it's someone else, and if possible, I'd like it to be someone else. They are people who wouldn't even want to get involved if they weren't a family. How happy I would be if this were my dream...

Up until now, I've met so many wonderful adults. I've been wondering why my parents are these people every day since I was little. All of my friends are kids who are on good terms with their parents, so why am I... I also wanted to be born and raised in an environment where family relationships are good. Why were they born to these two people? I hate all of those people. But I have no place to confront this thought. Why did you get involved with these people?

Life is a series of choices.

You can't choose where you'll be born, but you can choose not to be protected by your parents.
Why don't you try moving away from your parents once?

Your parents weren't parents from the beginning either; they became parents after you were born.
Raising children is fumbling, and not everything works out the first time.
Of course, if you feel it's painful, your parent's fault is probably huge, so I think it's necessary to keep a distance once.
There are many things you don't understand until you walk away.

And why don't you try conveying your feelings to your parents again?
I think there are things that can only be conveyed when and how hard it was for me, and what kind of thoughts I've had until now, only because I'm away.

Losing one's life by oneself is a very sinful thing.

Certainly, the pain you have endured is immeasurable for me.
And parental violence is also very sinful.
But is there really no solution?

Even if you live away from your parents, if you're mentally ill to the point where you cry every day, can't you stop thinking about it?
I think it's also good to think about other fun things, or sports that move your body.

My name is Touching Each Other, and I'm sure it was some kind of relationship that answered your concerns, so I'd be happy if I could help you even a little bit.

You're not bad

I read your consultation.

Why should the abused side be thankful? Why does the one who gets hit have to be wrong?

Not yet

There are people who raise “the myth that everything has parents and children are wrong” and “arguments that any parent should be thankful for.”

People who don't understand don't understand it.

but you

> Up until now, I've met so many wonderful adults.

I am very happy to have met someone who can say this.

Now, we can't choose our time, country, family, parents, appearance, or ability when it comes to our birth. That is a very harsh reality.

But now that I was born, when I received that reality

“Why was I born like this?”

If I could only say that, I myself am in vain. I'm not satisfied.

You don't have to accept and appreciate all of your past. However, I want you to be satisfied with the fact that you are.

If you have a chance, please visit the temple. Whether it's your complaint, anger, or lament, I want you to hear your thoughts as they are.

You should not be blamed for having had a hard time with abuse. And I hope you don't blame yourself.

May you notice your wish “I want to be happy with me.” I pray that the various clouds that cloud your wishes will clear up.

Parents just don't want to lose

It must have been really hard.
I have compassion for my parents. Don't demand a lofty human last name.
This is the key to unleashing your suffering.
I don't think the percentage of people who have an ideal relationship with their parents and can truly love their parents is not that high. Everyone sees their parents' disgusting feelings to a greater or lesser extent. I can't love parents who are emotional and don't understand their children's feelings. But since they were born as children, they have a sad saga of creatures that instinctively want to be loved and recognized by their parents.
However, “a child's heart, parents don't know.”
Children just want a secure relationship with their parents, right?
If that isn't satisfied, love won't be satisfied and I'm anxious.
In the first place, Japan as a whole is now a poor country.
No matter how much money you have, no matter how much money you have, no matter how much you have a convenient smartphone, you can't keep your feet firmly on the ground with today's current events. A lack of peace and quiet is like being poor.
Scold the child emotionally for the parents' convenience.
It was a surprise and a barizogon in one word.
I didn't think about the child's feelings on the person being told, there was no kind follow-up later, and there were no fragments of affection. An inhuman heart that only needs convenience. Most people in today's modern society are prioritizing productivity, efficiency, and convenience like factory robots.
It's something to be merciful.
There is a great deal of immaturity among parents. That predecessor, the previous generation, was that kind of person, so it just spread. There are adults who are children no matter how old they are, just because they have the word parent.
It means that my parents grew up that way too. A way for you to feel comfortable is to mentally become a monk, become independent, and separate from your parents and respect them within a reasonable sense of distance. It's natural that I can't respect them, etc., but even so, I've been indebted to them whether it's 1, 2, or 20 out of 100. I don't show personal feelings about that, and I have a feeling of thank you for doing that part alone.
I really want to take the plunge and hate it; I want to throw it away.
However, if you do that, you will deny your parents and become indirect self-denial, and you will suffer.
Therefore, the action you should take is not to stimulate your partner for personal safety, no matter how toxic or abusive your parent is, and don't impose them until you have the calm, logic, and power to lead your parents to a higher heart. Suffering increases because they try to change what they can't change.

Maybe I didn't have a relationship with my parents

If there are people who couldn't have children and weren't related to children,

There are also people who didn't have a relationship with their parents because there were no people who could become parents.
