I want to die

I want to die already. I've been working so hard, and I'm tired of life. But when I think about the future, I can't help but work hard. It's just tough stuff. I'm already going to die.

I don't aim to work hard

There is a possibility that “hard work” has become a goal, and the original purpose of “happiness” and “peace of mind” has become invisible.

Trying hard is just a “means.”

We don't live to work hard.

Each person is different, but we are living towards self-realization and ideal realization.

If your goal is to work hard, you will continue to work hard for the rest of your life and it will be painful.

However, in Japanese education and society, there is a trend where the goal is to “do your best,” and if you work hard at anything, you will be evaluated.

Because of that, there are many things that fall down because they work hard at things that are clearly inefficient, unnecessary, and unreasonable.

We must stop trying so hard in vain.

Once again, I would be grateful if you could take this opportunity to take a fresh look at the purpose and means of my life.

Also, obviously, if my current hard work is not in line with my purpose, I think I should move towards hard work that suits my purpose, assuming that I don't have to work hard.

Thank you for your question.
Being able to write “I want to die” means I can put my feelings and thoughts into words.
That's very important.
Please continue to cherish your ability to put your thoughts into words.
By the way, isn't it because you're being crushed by so much pressure and stress?
There's nothing wrong with working hard now for the future.
However, if you die due to hard work, it's a problem before the future, isn't it?
In order to live, I think sometimes it is important to abandon the future and stop trying hard.
Also, let go of the pressure from those around you and your own stress.
I think it's okay to start feeling fresh from there.
I'm not denying that you're working hard.
Hard work is a good thing.
However, if you exceed the limit, your heart will be broken.
I don't know what kind of future you are working hard on right now, but please relax your stiff shoulders and broaden your narrowed field of vision by thinking that there isn't just one future, there isn't a single path that will lead to the future, and that there isn't a single thing you need to do now.
Please ask any questions again.

Please let go

I read it.
I read that you have worked so hard to live. I think you are having a very difficult time. And I feel like you're driving yourself in. I sincerely appreciate your feelings.

You've worked so hard until now, so please let go of that hard work little by little. Try letting go of what is driving you down. Please stop trying so hard.
Also, try to relax your mind a little bit.

From now on, the trees and mountains will have autumn leaves, and this is the season when living things slowly hibernate. When severe cold comes, creatures slowly take a long break while protecting themselves in a warm place. That is nature's law.

Something you're desperately holding in your hands right now. I think there are various things in my head that I am desperately protecting. Is that really important to you? Let's take a look at it from a distance and let go of things we don't need.
Also, something important will always remain within you, and I think there may be something new to discover.

What matters to you is you, and so is everyone.

Please take your time to review it while resting your mind. You can always find something really important. I'm praying like that.
