I'm afraid of hell.

I found out about it on the internet the other day.
Is it true that even if you destroy something that people cherish, it will end up in endless hell?
I remember inadvertently dropping and breaking a glass figurine that my family had cherished in my house before. But I did reflect on it.
However, hell is scary no matter what. Even now, my body is shaking.
Once you die in Muken Jigoku, you can no longer be reincarnated in the human world due to life imprisonment... so the suffering is so intense that other hells feel at peace...
I'm so horrible and unbearable; I'm also terrified that I committed such a crime, and even after committing such a deadly crime, I still think what I did. I'm already afraid of everything.
Other than that, I've also told lies, killed people, and expressed bad opinions, and I'm thinking of washing them off by doing good. (Incidentally, the literal translation of misunderstanding is teaching mistakes, that is, telling lies or statements? It was written that it was also a crime)
I am like this, but will the Buddha save me? Muken Jigoku is the scariest thing I've ever seen, and it makes me feel bloody rather than my body shivers.
Also, if possible, please investigate whether misunderstanding is also a crime.

I read your consultation. You're afraid of going to Muken Jigoku, aren't you?

Bad opinion (wrong opinion) is a crime when it comes to crime, but well, it's bad business. If it's a crime, what is inflicted is punishment, but what bad karma leads to is bad consequences, that is, suffering.

It would also be painful to be confused and frightened by knowledge (= bad opinion) obtained on the internet without proper research.

Well, hell sure is scary. But when we fear hell, we create our own hell. Conversely, the way “I'm not going to hell etc.” actually assumes hell, and I haven't completely escaped the fear of hell.

Shinran Shonin, the founder of the Jodo Shinshu sect, said, “Hell is a constant place (hell is my definitive abode).”

I'm prepared not to escape hell, but to take on hell. These are words you can only say because you have met the salvation of Amitabha Buddha, and not because you have met the salvation of Amitabha Buddha.

As long as we live, we can't avoid killing, and we can't stay away from bad work. It is Amitabha Buddha's salvation that saves the rewards of that karma without getting in the way.

If you don't mind, why don't you learn not only by searching on the internet and trying to solve things, but also by reading books properly and participating in temple study sessions?

Of course, if the hurdles suddenly get high, it would be a good idea to keep asking questions on hasunoha for a while.

If you go to hell, I will go to hell too. Among them, I would like to learn my own facts from the teachings of Nembutsu. What would you do? Is it OK to leave it like this?

Good evening.

Hmm, I don't think the teachings that incite fear of hell are Buddhist, so I think the site itself is something of a cult religion. You're about to be brainwashed. It was a dangerous place.
Hell is a place where people go because they think there's no such thing as hell and don't stop doing bad things, so it's not a place you go to.

Anyway, don't believe what is written on that site. And make sure you don't go see it anymore.

Well, “I'm afraid of hell” is a correct perception in a sense, and there are places where it performs a convenient function to better manage the work that is one's own actions.

Criminal law, which is the so-called retaliation criminal theory, is similar to what is stipulated for the purpose of preventing crime, and the concept of hell in Buddhism has the aspect of preventing misconduct.

If you firmly strive for good deeds recommended by Buddhism, you will surely be blessed with good results due to good causes and relationships.

It's something I want to work hard on.

There are so many questions about hell so far, and there are so many right away even if I just answered them. Please also refer to everyone's answers.
