How to choose a Buddhist altar

It's early, and tomorrow is the first anniversary of my grandmother's death, Shozuki.
By the 49th memorial service (ossuary at the same time)
I'm planning to buy a new Buddhist altar.
Since children do not inherit Buddhist altars,
It ends with my generation...
Before that, the stucco wall of the Buddha room with a ground bag
I'm in a hurry to switch to cross specifications tomorrow.
I wonder if my grandmother would be happy.

The current Buddhist altar is a mini modern Buddhist altar (about 40 cm high).
The main character, the waking samurai, is a hanging scroll type.
When placing a Buddhist altar with a ground bag, the height is within 130 cm.
The ground bag is about 44 cm tall.
I can sit upright now, but I have back pain
I think I'll use a chair as I get older,
I'm wondering what to do with the height of the Buddhist altar.
Also, since the number of items was limited at the Buddhist altar shop I went to,
Online purchases are also in view.
Is it an old-fashioned karaki Buddhist altar or a modern Buddhist altar...
It's not a pure Japanese-style room, so
Seems like it's easy for everyone to pray
bright (?) I'm wondering if the Buddha room space would be nice.

If you aim for a “bright Buddhist space,” would it be furniture style

Even if you say a Buddha room, it means it will be remodeled in Western style, right?

If that's the case, I think a furniture-like Buddhist altar would suit your taste.

What bothers me is the height. Even if you sit on a chair, I think it's good that the position of the placard or principal image is slightly above your eyes. If the height of the ground bag is 44 cm, I think it would be good to consider the height of 100 cm to 130 cm including the Buddhist altar and the Buddhist altar stand.

Case 1
There are quite a few Buddhist altars and Buddhist altar stands that are integrated. I think it's a good idea to buy a Buddhist altar with a design you like, which fits the storage space and takes into account the balance of color and texture.

Case 2
I think the space above the bag is somewhat wide. Consider the balance of texture and color of the Buddhist altar, buy a sideboard and place the Buddhist altar in the center of the sideboard. Use it to store Buddhist altar fittings such as incense sticks and candles, and to store documents related to temples and cemeteries. In smaller Buddhist altars, space for offering flowers and offerings is limited, so use the top plate part of the sideboard as a space for flowers, offerings, and spiritual ceremonies. Normally, I think you can use it as a place to hold up your grandmother's relics or display Juan's favorite dolls, photos, and figurines.

Please carefully consider and create a “space where everyone can easily pray.”

Please consult with the chief priest of the family temple.

Now on the internet
Because you can see various types of Buddhist altars
I think it's a good idea to find candidates to some extent and consult with them.

It is said that children will not inherit the Buddhist altar
Because I don't know about the future
Assume that it will also be inherited
I think one with a shape that is easy to move around is good.

The Bodhi Heart is a Buddhist altar, and it's Mount Sumi.

Any Buddhist altar is fine, but if there is no religious spirit or Buddhist spirit, it will simply be a large box to enshrine the principal image, enshrining a plaque called a Buddhist altar.
No matter what the people around you are, it is important that you develop a Buddhist spirit, merit, and sense of the law yourself through your relationships with your grandmother and deceased.
To that end, it is necessary to apply for Bodhicitta.
What is important at the funeral and on the first 7 days is the Bodhi Heart.
The fact that the Buddha also passed away and the memorial tower, the stupa (stupa), was built probably not just to make a memorial service for the deceased Buddha.
Rather, it is proper that the form of building a memorial tower, holding a Buddhist altar, making a table, and building a tombstone for the first time after making a vow, inheriting the spirit, improving one's humanity, recompense, and building a tombstone, which is the root of memorial services, is the spirit of a royal memorial service.
In Buddhism, the spirit of Bodhicitta is explained in the Sihiro Pledge.
I will save people in need in the first generation and guide sentient beings in my own delusional self
2. Cut off your worries and guide bad hearts that torment yourself and others
Learn the 3 Dharma and develop yourself. Use everything as learning to guide your self well
4. I will fulfill the Buddha's path, reveal my true nature, and guide everything well
Even though there are memorial services for ancestors in Buddhism these days, I feel that the spirit of improving one's own humanity is lacking. You don't have to be a Buddhist to do memorial services for ancestors and memorial services for those who have died. However, Buddhists don't just hold memorial services for the dead. Furthermore, they have a wonderful spirit that saves even those with whom they are related and leads to supreme humanity. The symbols are temples, graves, Buddhist altars, pagodas, and memorial services. All of them are also a great spirit of salvation to save oneself and save others.
What is Bodhi Heart?
There are also people who explain that Bodhi Heart is a spirit that makes people superior to oneself.
Since I myself have lived to this day due to the blessings and benefits of so many people, the Buddhist spirit of salvation called bodhicitte, and the spirit of making my family and others smile with the spirit of mercy and wisdom are the spirit of Buddhism, and it is a living Buddhist altar.
Buddhist altars are a symbol of my heart. Of course, the principal image is also found on Buddhist altars, but it is in the body and mind of the inner self that the body and mind of the Bodhisattva mind lies. Please buy it with that feeling. That is the Buddhist religious spirit.
