Is suffering damage from the earthquake also causal retaliation?

According to the Buddhist idea, it is said that being abused is also due to actions in a previous life.
So does it mean that people who were damaged by the earthquake or were unable to live their daily lives due to COVID-19 were hit by bees because they lived their lives thinking only about themselves without any appreciation for being able to live their daily lives until then?

There are also encounters due to non-work

I read it.
Being in a disaster, being in an accident, having an illness such as COVID-19, etc., or being abused cannot be said to be due to actions in a previous life. There are times when we encounter such things because we live in the midst of various encounters. Therefore, I think it can be said that it was a relationship due to an accident between work and work.
I don't think it's possible to say that I was hit by a bee because I didn't appreciate it. In our lives, such cases are unavoidable. This is beyond our fathomable imagination.
However, I think I can once again realize the preciousness of being alive now and how irreplaceable it really is.

Suddenly facing death, but this is Buddhism

I read your question.

A precious life due to the recent earthquake
those who have been lost,
I would like to express my deepest condolences.
Also,
Missing people quickly
May you be rescued
I am praying from the bottom of my heart.

Although he is a fool,
If you're shaved,
For various relationships
The thing you need to match
It's there.

The sudden death of an infant
My beloved wife died of illness
My husband died in an accident

etc etc

In particular, it's a Christian believer,
When someone you know passes away
While reciting sutras, it became difficult for me,
While crying,
I also chant it.

As a boy, he might be disqualified
I don't know.

The one who passed away
Where are you going,
What will happen in the future
I don't understand.

However,
Definitely not causal retaliation etc.
It's not there.
Every day was spent peacefully and safely,
It just so happened,
He passed away.

A fool can only pray.

Shinto and Buddha's plans, etc.
There's no way you can understand it.

We are
With the passing of the dead as a marriage,
Remembering the dead, praying,
this ephemeral life,
That we should cherish every moment
I'm just accepting teachings.

“All Evil, the People, the Good, the Magistrate, Purify Yourself”

Business problems are complex and difficult to understand. Once karma begins to bear fruit, there is so much power that even Shakyamuni cannot stop it.

For example, if the next birth is decided and moved as a result of a causal relationship from a past life, it will be difficult even for Shakyamuni to stop or change it. Therefore, it is taught in Buddhism that “do not do bad deeds, strive for good deeds, and keep your heart (work) clean and in order” as “all evil works, make efforts to do good deeds, and purify your mind (work).” Shakyamuni and Nyorai do not purify individual karma; it is only up to one's own efforts to purify them.

Also, business has a big impact on how we perceive it.

The way we perceive things differs from person to person also depends on the state of the business on the side that captures them. (consciousness)

There are cases where work where many people or people around the country suffer major damage, such as wars or disasters, is due to “co-operation” (gugo). This is the result of work accumulated by the actions of many groups and countries.

For example, assuming that a country is complicit in a war and commits murder even indirectly, if the funds are from taxes (support for Ukraine and Israel, etc.), it is possible that the country will be burdened with the business of being complicit in providing weapons that kill people indirectly, or the business that has led to killing people, if the funds come from taxes, even if the tax paid by one person is a few yen worth of those funds I will.

Of course, it is not something we ordinary people can imagine until we know what form the results will take, but it is not strange to think that major earthquakes, major accidents, etc. have come in return as a result of past war complicity. Of course, it is difficult to clarify the causal relationship, and it can also be said that it is arbitrary due to our circumstances to capture just a natural disaster and natural activity as such.

In any case, Buddhism is about thinking that if you don't keep your karma in a clean state, you will lose your way and suffer, and it will be difficult to surpass reincarnation. If the work is adjusted cleanly, it will also be possible to capture perceptions clearly. Rather than the past, I want to omit my current state of mind and adjust my work in order to adjust my work.

Cause and effect reciprocate, but it is an accumulation of countless individual and specific causes

We are used to phenomena such as “answer → scoring,” such as “answer → scoring,” such as a school test, where the cause and result are visible one-on-one, and they also appear in a short period of time, so we tend to think that all phenomena simply appear immediately.
The basis of the Buddhist theory of cause and effect is “if there is a cause, there is an effect,” and it is explained that every phenomenon always has a cause, but it is not a simple one; in reality, it is said that countless causes occur along countless periods and environmental relationships.
Also, good deeds and misdeeds done by humans are specific individual phenomena. “I lived without any appreciation for being able to live my daily life until then, and only thinking about myself” is nothing but an image that roughly captures the summary of a person's survival for a certain period of time through the eyes of a third party. As a general trend, it may be said that “it was a bit disappointing,” but it is an image seen through the eyes of a third party, and it has nothing to do with the actual cause and effect of the parties involved.
Therefore, according to the Buddhist theory of cause and effect, it is not easy to say that “people who were unable to live their daily lives due to COVID-19 were hit by bees because they lived their lives thinking only about themselves without any appreciation for being able to live their daily lives until then.”
Humans do good and bad deeds in survival. It can certainly be viewed as a good act or a bad act, but there are no “big good deeds” or “small misdeeds.” The causes that lead to good results are good deeds, and the causes that lead to bad results are bad deeds. What makes it seem big and small is our delusion that we bring in our own scales without permission.
In reality, humans do countless good deeds and uncountable misdeeds during survival, so when there is an accumulation of these countless individual and specific causes according to a relationship, it becomes a phenomenon as a result.
You may think, “If the result is not clearly understood, there is no point,” but there is another basis for the causal theory, “if caused by annihilation, it will be ruined.” It means that if there is no cause, the effect will not be a phenomenon.
Assuming that there is a lot of black sand and white sand in the box, I think you can imagine that if you remove the black sand one grain at a time, the inside of the box, which initially looked grayish all over, gradually becomes white. The cause and effect are the same, and if we avoid misdeeds according to the Buddha's wisdom, we can always get closer to a good phenomenon.
