A personality that makes it difficult to take over

I have a personality that always struggles to take over since I was a child. I'm always worried about something, and when my anxiety is resolved, I feel relieved for a while. It's a repetition of what was in a corner of my heart until then but wasn't really concerned about coming to the center of my heart and becoming a worry again...
Even if you don't say you want to have an optimistic personality, can you do something about a personality that makes you worry about not having to worry about?

By trying to give good stimulation, your way of thinking and personality will also be influenced.

Humans have the power to predict. This is called cognition. You will learn and learn from the environment and relationships you live in. Therefore, I live by predicting to some extent.

If you live only in an environment that doesn't change all the time, the same thing will be repeated every day, and no anxiety will arise.

However, the environment we live in changes rapidly, and our bodies are also moving, so there are times when things go in various ways. Every time I did that, I thought, “What kind of pain is this? The wind will suddenly blow and the weather may be rough. “What is the person in front of me trying to do...” and I repeatedly experience situations where I can't do anything on my own, and my feelings are shaken.

They probably have personalities, but I don't want to be swayed by anxiety as much as possible. “It used to be difficult to take over. I told myself, “It's similar this time, so I'm sure it'll be fine,” and I'm convinced by myself. Also, listen to the opinions of people who have different thoughts and feelings from your own.
Ultimately, it becomes clear at that time whether or not something to worry about will happen, but there are times when it is a plus to be influenced by opinions other than your own until then.

There are more people around me who think differently than people similar to myself. So, there are times when I am saved by that idea.
By giving yourself good stimulation, your way of thinking and personality will also be influenced.

Please don't worry

I read it.
You're haunted by anxiety and worry every day, and you're just struggling to get over it. I don't know the details of your situation or your feelings, but I understand your uneasy feelings.
When I was an office worker, I was constantly haunted by anxiety, worry, and fear. Then he became mentally ill and got worse due to drug addiction and alcohol addiction, collapsed just before committing suicide, and was hospitalized for a long time.
I think I once again felt uneasy on my own.
Right now, it's over to a certain extent when it comes down to something. I will definitely pass away, maybe now, maybe tomorrow, maybe 5 years from now, maybe 10 years from now, but my life will always come to an end. Also, the Buddha or God will always save and guide you, and close people and ancestors will welcome you. So I'll ask the Buddha and leave it up to you.
You too will be illuminated by the warm sunshine at this time, and you will continue to be given plenty of lives every day. You are probably living being watched over by Buddha, gods, and ancestors in relationships with many people. Please don't worry.
It's quite difficult, but let's accept our imperfections, let go of our obsessions, and leave it up to the Buddha or God to ask for it.
I sincerely pray to Buddha, God, and your ancestors so that you can let go of your hesitation, worries, anxiety, and worries, and live a healthy and safe life from the bottom of your heart, and that you will be saved and guided by the Buddha and God and gently welcomed by your ancestors without fulfilling the tenure you have been given. It's the same whether you think for 10 minutes or 10 hours

Since all suffering is a truth discovered by the Buddha, suffering and homework will not go away from living things.
It's just that the form of suffering and homework changes moment by moment.
Therefore, it is normal for the next challenge to always appear even when dealing with the suffering and anxiety in front of you.
Realize that you have no choice but to keep doing it until you die, and instead of lamenting or getting angry that “it gets dirty even if you clean it, you can just relax and say “if you clean it, you should just clean it every time you get dirty ♪”.
Also, it's the same whether you think about it for 10 minutes or 10 hours in the same information, so be aware that running around in a daze of thought is a delusional distraction.
Even during Nembutsu, delusional distractions come to mind and disappear, don't they?
Don't let your thoughts circulate too long and rest assured that you can quickly return your consciousness to Nembutsu.
Also, taking a step forward to obtain new information would be effective for jumping up from an imposing circle of thoughts.
