How to relieve stress

My living environment will soon change. As a result, there is a possibility that time that had been used to relieve stress until then will not be able to be taken. However, the causes of stress can be predicted in various ways.

So I'm worried about whether I can find a new way to relieve stress. Please tell me if there are any ways to relieve stress that don't require that much time, money, tools, etc.

Use your body by yourself

Good morning.

I was watching the questions and answers, and I got the impression that stress and worries were caused in my mind by receiving information and stimuli from outside, such as changes in the environment.

If you're concerned about your mind, why not take an approach to maintaining balance from your body?

・Part ① 3 minute nenbutsu. It's fine to be loud enough to talk quietly, so just repeat “what mandabu.” I don't care if various thoughts and images come up in the middle of the repetition, so I'll continue with nembutsu for now. The point is that you don't have to make a sound, so breathe well and move your mouth. If 3 minutes is short, it is possible to adjust the time to 5 minutes 10 minutes.
When they become amazing monks, it seems that some people have insomnia and practice chanting nembutsu while spinning round and round around the Buddha.

・Part ② Walk or run for 30 minutes. Get up a little early in the morning and keep walking or running. A lot of thoughts come to mind while I'm doing it, but I walk and run without worrying about it. My boss climbs mountains once or twice a week in about 1 hour each way. It seems that some people practice training to keep running in the mountains for 1000 days when they become amazing monks.

I'm sorry for one-sided provision of information without asking about the hobbies and interests of those who have no merit
If there's something that interests you, please try it out.

Let's face our own heart

Nice to meet you. My name is Kameyama Junshi. Apart from how to relieve stress, how not to accumulate stress is also important.
The reason we get stressed is that we have a feeling that “things don't go the way we want them to” and “I want to show myself well.” “Things don't go the way you want them to” means “things don't move around you.” “I want to show myself well” means “I don't want to be ridiculed by others,” what is called pride. The reason why these feelings arise in us is that this world is a lucky world where all actions are impermanent and laws are selfless. Everything is made up of various causes and relationships, so if you put things at the center of yourself, of course, anger and complaints will come out there. Also, even if I want to show myself well, of course I am a person who is kept alive by cause and effect, and I am a vulnerable person. Since they are like this, they may fail at work and receive attention from their superiors. There are times when you fail important exams. Then, sometimes we feel sorry, and sometimes we feel uneasy.
Therefore, if I hold back my heart, which causes such anger, complaints, regrets, and anxiety, my stress will also decrease. So what should we do? I think there are various methods depending on the denomination, but if I were to give an answer in line with the teachings of the Jodo Shinshu sect to which I belong, “We ordinary people cannot suppress our minds like this!” That's it. So what are we going to do? If it were me, I would quietly put my hands together and listen to the voice of the Buddha who swore, “This kind of me is the one who aims for salvation.” In other words, it's about facing one's own heart through the Buddha.
I hope it helps even a little bit.

Thank you for your hard work so you don't have any strengths
Let me tell you my thoughts

The current society is somewhat stressful
Among them, there are many people who are worried about how to resolve it
You are also asking me questions

It is said that they have already been able to predict the cause of stress
First of all, it's great
Please praise you like that
It's in the name it's not that you don't have any strengths
I thought that was a major virtue

I'll go back to the answer
Then, let's talk about the cause
How to behave
How do you think, etc.
Wouldn't it be good to think about each one

A way of life that doesn't make it stressful in the future

Depending on how you feel about stress, it's better not to treat it as a bad thing.
Let's think, “Oh, this is just a signal, sign, and stimulus at the DNA level to deal with this change in the environment.”
Then, you will be able to deal with it.
Until now, it has only been about restraint, obsession, stagnation, and staying.
However, when stress occurs, stand up for yourself against the environment and try to adapt and deal with changes 3 times from now on, and be sure to clear it within 10 minutes.
Then, from now on, when so-called relaxation occurs, the “brain that does not use it as stress” will operate.
The other day, I also scattered food all over the floor.
Strangely enough, there were no issues at all.
Children often have bad luck, so even if the same catastrophe unfolds in front of me and my wife at the same time, even if it's stressful for my wife, it's not a stress or problem for me at all.
Strangely enough, try working on this little ingenuity really seriously.
A stress-free life is easy to come by.
Put it into practice first, and when you know the trick, please respond.
The trick is “deal with stress right after it!” That's it.
Before you recognize stress as something bad, it's just an event, just a stimulus.
