I want to change my personality, which I always regret.

I regret everything so much that it's hard to feel positive.
When something fails, I always regret “why didn't I do this when I should have done it at that time,” and I always blame myself. I want to fix this kind of personality, but it's not easy. What can I do to cure this personality?

There is no rain man. Of course, the sunny man too.

First, there's no such thing as “what if”, so there's no need to think about it.
All events in the world happen due to cause and effect. Therefore, I thought that was a good time for your own decisions, so you can be confident. If you fail and regret it, you probably have a habit of assuming that everything is your fault.
There are also people who say that I am a rain man without any basis.
You're just putting yourself in a negative spiral.

There is no such thing as attracting bad things in the world with just one person's power. I don't have that kind of power. Please don't worry.
It's just that the various conditions overlap and the results come out.
I'm sure there were a lot of good things, but I passed by without realizing it. I found a cute flower blooming. Or maybe someone you like was born. I think the sky is beautiful. Please search for good things, be grateful for such relationships, and live humbly.

I'm going to turn regret into remorse

Mr. Mappie

At that time, the feeling that I should have done this
I understand it very well.

What makes you regret it and blame yourself
I think that's proof that I'm living in earnest.

You can't change the past and others
However, we may be able to change the way we perceive it.

As long as it's human
I think we will make mistakes even if we take all possible measures.

How to make use of that mistake in the future

Alas, humans make mistakes.
However, there are times when you leave that mistake as a mistake
I think it's a real mistake.

I'm going to turn regret into remorse
Don't you need to change the way you question yourself?

Don't be swayed by the label “failure”

Everyone fails. Not only you will fail, but me too. I also often regret it. However, scientists make new discoveries out of failure. Actually, I think failure can open up a new path for us too. This means that we are simply labeling each and every action as “success,” and this is just a “failure.” Poison can become medicine, just as medicine can also become poison. In other words, the important thing is not to put such a label on our actions and be swayed by it, but to look at things that are caused by the causal relationship of “what did I do and what happened as a result.” Note, this is not a denial of having an awareness of “failure.” On the other hand, I think it's important to have an awareness of failure. (It's just about not being swayed by the label “failure.”) Having an awareness of failure helps us try to bring things to a better state. Also, people who have experienced failure may be able to forgive their partner's failure. (Of course, there are also unforgivable mistakes...) I think the experience of “failure” will develop you into a compassionate person.
That's my advice. I hope it helps even a little bit.

When and where will it fail, and who is doing it?

('-ω-`) ← “My face is a failure.” Let's say it.
Where and what did it start to fail? (lol)
Who will make that judgment and judge?
At what age can you call it a failure?
☆ That's only when I thought it was my own failure.
◎ When you forget it, it's not a failure or anything.
△ Even if there are people who say “it's not a failure,” if the person himself assumes that it is a failure, it will turn into a failure.
If you think you're cool, it's not a failure no matter how much bad people around you make.
Ichiro also says that you won't know if it's a failure until you've overcome it.
Failure is the feeling of failure, a temporary judge.
Don't let temporary judgments make you negative.
The thought of failure only becomes failure ❝ ❞ failure ❝ nice ❞ only when the judge works.
☆ COKO IS IMPORTANT ☆ [FACTS ARE TRUE]
Whether you shake it, fall off, get dumped, make a mistake, or do it, it's just the way it is. That has always been the truth. It's Buddhism.
A traffic accident is a traffic accident only the moment the accident occurs.
Don't let it become an eternal negative desert.
I am also a failure person who has made many mistakes in the past.
However, I haven't been addicted to that swamp of failure forever.
I hope I'm living the reality right in front of me right now.

You should know that the facts are nothing but true.
That is Buddhism.
It's up to you whether to put a label of failure, label a lesson, or label a trajectory correction, learning, improvement, discovery, turning point, or restart point.
me? I don't even put up labels like that.
However, I'm always living right in front of me.
