Please tell me the actions recommended by monks so they can make their daily routine.
There is no sense in everyday life, and I live while being somehow swept away by my surroundings.
I look forward to working with you.

A monk's lifestyle is very routine... well, that's why if you recommend it, it's a good idea to try growing plants in planters or pots. It makes me realize that every day is the same and completely different. Instead of cutting flowers or arrangements, it's a good idea to start with seedlings and then with seeds. Flowers and vegetables are OK.
If you modify it, it will respond as much as you add it, and if you do something annoying that plants appreciate, they will respond without hesitation. But in the end, we can't go against the Earth. Plants can teach us many things. You'll be healed, too. Plants are good things.
Both Hara Chari and Charinko had just the right speed. It's not about tens or how many kilometers, but in terms of experience.
When I'm running at that speed, I feel comfortable and lift my cheeks, and I naturally smile at ease. There is such a way of life.
You probably use your head when you're thinking. They don't compare people or look at facts like that.
It's a way of life dealing with something that isn't right in front of you. More than 80% of people around the world live dealing with things that are not right in front of them. It's about leaving that way of life.
I live while ❝ feeling ❞ the fact that my body is in touch right now after leaving my thoughts.
Seems like the temperature is just right for the air conditioner. It's like being with people only moderately. But it's like dealing with people too. When it's time to eat, it seems like you don't have to do anything other than eat.
Seems just right for someone who drinks alcohol or cigarettes.
If it's ramen, it's just right without being too oily.
There's a udon restaurant called Mr. Dunpei in the neighborhood. The owner is very particular about the ingredients, yet they are good for the body, and they are made using a manufacturing method that doesn't cheat with chemical seasonings or the like.
As expected, that soup doesn't come true no matter how delicious the creative mentsuyu is.
Like a good aftertaste. Like feeling safe.
It's not about what you do in life, is it?
Anything is fine, but how you do it matters.
How to do that is to feel safe, secure, and relaxed. Yes. It's a relaxing place. ☀
I read it.
When you wake up first thing in the morning, immediately pour water or tea into the Buddhist altar and offer it, then raise your incense sticks and put your hands together.
Please pray with all my heart that you were able to welcome the morning safely and that you will be able to stay healthy all day long today.
Even if you don't have a Buddhist altar, please put your hands together and pray while thinking about your ancestors in your head.
Be sure to continue on a rainy day, a windy day, or a day with a clear blue sky.
It will definitely bring order to your life and life.
Nice to meet you, Kazu-san
I definitely recommend sitting down and cleaning.
Why don't you clean your room, garden, or work anywhere in your daily routine, even for 5 minutes?
It is also an important ascetic practice for monks, and one of their jobs is called “sitting down.”
“Sagittarianism” is an exercise and ascetic practice that refines oneself by placing oneself in a position one step lower than others and not showing dissatisfaction.
No matter how low they are viewed, they work and live a carefree life without feeling dissatisfied with it. It is an ascetic practice where you turn around, place yourself in a lower position, and practice mainly through cleaning.
If you say “prostrate” among monks, it is also another name for “cleaning.”
Monks incorporate the time of sitting down into their daily lives and practice it.
Even if you remove the aspect of cleaning as a spiritual practice or the simple concept of cleanliness (cleaning) and cleanliness (maintenance of a clean space), when cleaning, you can enjoy scenes you wouldn't normally see, or scenes you don't notice, and you will receive new stimuli. Also, if you clean wholeheartedly while working, distractions and worries will disappear from your head for a while, and it will also give your brain a break. If you do that, you will be able to think positively about many things again.
I'm a little off topic, but it's one of the famous words left by Kobo Daishi Kukaijin
“Boundaries don't change with your heart.
When the heart is sad, the border becomes muddy.
The mind changes from boundary to boundary.
I feel quite at ease when the situation is quiet.
I meditate on my feelings and live in Tokugen.”
There is such a thing.
If you translate it into current words
“When the mind is poor, the environment is devastated, and where the environment is good, the mind can stay calm.
The way you look at the environment changes depending on how you have a heart, and the mind also changes drastically due to changes in the environment. The environment forms the mind, and the mind is controlled by the environment.”
It means.
Prepare the environment around you by cleaning (sitting down).
It will surely prepare Kazu's mind and be a shortcut to a better life.
There are times when it feels bothersome, but why don't you make it a daily routine and put it into practice?
I recommend it.
