Is the pain of hard work painful?

Right now, I'm studying while working to pass the national qualification exam, which is said to be difficult.
If you don't pass, you won't be able to see your future prospects.
Not only for me, but for my family.

I'm studying for the entrance exam, but I'm not good at studying, so studying is difficult. In Buddhism, I understand that results are not influenced by faith, but please tell me techniques and thoughts to overcome the pain of making an effort.

I've been studying for 4 years now without days off. Of course, my grades have improved, but I also have small children, and I want to play together. This life while working is difficult. Honestly speaking, I want results, but I don't like the effort. That's it.
With a straightforward answer, I know I'll be fine if I stop, but I know that I myself will always regret it, even for my wife who supported me. I don't want to give up. I have a number of disgusting self within myself.

We look forward to working with you.

When you do it, you have no choice but to do it

I don't think it's necessary to think that effort is hard work.
The reason I feel it's hard is because I think ahead. There may be physical pain. However, I think you have the determination to blow that away too.

Sunday evening “When I watch Sazae-san, I feel depressed thinking about work starting tomorrow. It's the same story as that.
On Friday night, I thought tomorrow would be a day off, and somehow I feel better.

The spiciness is nothing more than something I've created myself. The thing itself is not painful.
There are people who think cleaning toilets is fun, and there are also people who don't like it's dirty and think it's painful.

When people feel like they want to run away, they naturally think about why they run away in an attempt to justify themselves. To convince myself and those around me.

“I feel sorry for the kids, so I have to play today. I can't help but just play with them, and it's not bad at all. It's not like I'm skipping my studies.” Like (this is my imaginary world).

It's not about who it's for, it's your own decision, right? Sometimes it is necessary to take a break. Wouldn't it be nice to play with your kids at that time?

When I study, I only learn what's in front of me. If you think ahead and worry, don't like it, want to run away, etc., it's not efficient. If you want to do it, just type in “one line full of joy.”

Whether there is joy in it

I think “effort” is necessary for everything, but if it is an effort for “~ ~,” then if “~” cannot be achieved, then that effort will not be rewarded. Life is also for “~~,” so if you make an effort even if it's hard, it will end in vain if you don't get “~~.”
What is important is not for something, but isn't it important whether or not there is joy in the effort itself that you are working hard on right now?

There aren't many families these days that can unite their hearts towards the same goals. Why don't you thank your wife who supports you and your children who put up with having them play with you for the fact that you are now able to study for your dreams?

If you don't have sharpness, it won't get into your head

Good morning.

I was able to see the core of Indigo's worries through a series of questions.

When you spend time with your family, “is it OK to do this?” While thinking, haven't you spent your days busy studying and working until now?
I'm sure you're being too serious.

I'll say it clearly.
Please play with your child to your heart's content.

Of course, if you have something to aim for, you have to keep studying.
However, there are also research results showing that if you don't have sharpness, you won't be able to concentrate on anything.
There is a fight between achieving your goals and the patience and stress you are experiencing right now.

I'm sure if you make it this far you'll come to an end... or something like that if you don't make it this far, you won't be able to play with your kids...
That's how you first thought about it from the study and work side, wasn't it?
It's probably quite the opposite.

For example, I'm going to forget all my studies and play a lot with my kids this Sunday.
or,
In order to go somewhere during summer vacation, let's study hard...

Why don't you think about work or study, focusing on how you spend your children, family, and holidays?
Surely, by setting familiar and fun goals, you will be able to concentrate on your studies.

There are scholars who say that a fixed period of time after sleep or rest is the best, and there are also scholars who say that the maximum time a person can concentrate is 5 hours in a day.
Most scholars say they can't get into their head even if they cram for a long time without a break.

Play to your heart's content and study hard again.

Please try wearing such a cycle yourself.

I'm sure your family and you will be able to enjoy every day without stress.

Once you've finished this, don't just study; please do your best and play.

I don't face my heart from the bottom of my heart

In Buddhism, the principles of human behavior are classified into three categories: physical actions, verbal actions, and mental actions. Also, in order to adjust the mind, training is designed so that attacks are carried out from outside the heart.

What should I do to draw water from rivers and store it in rice paddies? If you push and pull water with the palm of your hand, you won't be able to do it no matter how long you try. It's nonsense to hit the water itself while flushing it. First, create a path for water by digging a hole or building a bank, and then flush it, and then it will flow naturally. The path (body and language) to regulate water (mind) must be prepared first.

To that end, Zen does zazen (body), Jodomon does nembutsu (words), and in esoteric Buddhism, it appeals to the five senses (sense organs of the body). Of course, it's not for production, but historically, it has been incorporated into homeowners' production activities from a fairly early stage. In the old days, craftsmen enshrined kamidana and butsudan in their workplaces, and samurai families also strictly ordered them not to miss taking care of the Buddhist altar every day until they wrote it down in their family motto.

Furthermore, the example of water mentioned earlier is a chewing up poem No. 145 recorded in a primitive sutra called the Hoku-kyo, and it seems to be a teaching that the Buddha preached to the boy. The person in the sermon itself was a boy, but since the content compared Buddhist training to the work of an irrigation craftsman, arrow maker, and woodworker, it was probably thought that there was something that could be understood from the beginning. I have my intention, and now I try to preach Buddhism in the narrow sense of the word as much as possible, but in reality, it is Buddhism in the broad sense that has been incorporated into general work and life that has the appeal and ability of Japanese Buddhism.

It went off the rails. If you “make it a habit” to put your hands together for your own devotion rather than asking God like that, and start studying or working after having your goals in mind, your heart will eventually follow naturally. This is not a story about cult-like paranormal belief; it is a rational ceremony that simply adds feelings for family and family from Shinto, Buddha, and ancestors to classical conditioning in psychology.

In that sense, you can burn incense on your desk and then study, or just snuggle up your honeycomb. The old fashioned one cup of coffee... is actually a variant of this. Please look for a shape that fits perfectly. If you “keep doing” that kind of thing, you will eventually become restless until you study. Well, I'm allergic to compulsory effort though (lol

I also wanted to write Let's Have Love (Heart), but due to the convenience of the paper, if we have a relationship again...

What level of ladders is it today

I'm not really afraid of heights, but I risk my life to climb on the roof of the main hall at the end of the year and clean it up.
Every year, I do a fear experiment, but as it is, when I'm watching the scenery, I don't get scared or anything.
I feel that it is a human mechanism that fear arises as soon as secondary thoughts are added, such as “what should I do if I fall down.”
What you need to pay particular attention to is when the roof is reflected from the ladder and the roof is reflected from the ladder.
There aren't that many stairs on ladders, but I've learned that it's better not to look back and forth, such as “the 91st step, the 92nd step..., the 93rd step...”
This is because looking back and forth causes comparison, fear, and anxiety.
However, strangely enough, there is no fear or anxiety if you do “one step now, one step now,” and only what is right in front of you, only the present, and only where you are facing now.
This is also true when you can't sleep at night, for example.
I feel uneasy when I look at my watch and think, oh, I'm at work tomorrow, what should I do, I have to go to bed...
In such a case, it is desirable to do something steady.
Because we forget the back and forth and do it step by step, step by step,... step by step.
I don't know if it's helpful, but try applying this theory to your studies.

What stage of the ladder is it today?
No, don't ask.
Step by step.
One question, one question.
Kids, why don't you play a bit? Dad wanted to take a break.
Thank you so much for always, my wife. I don't know the results, but thank you for watching.
↑ Even one step like this, while pinching every now and then.
