Rii-sama
This is Kawaguchi Hidetoshi. This is a humble answer to the question.
Actually, while looking back on the questions and responses from everyone so far, I thought I was able to start taking a new step right after that, and to be honest, I was a little happy.
Of course, it's a new job, and it is said that there is a lot of work volume and customers from scratch as a rookie, so if you haven't gotten used to it enough yet, it's not fun, and you still have a depressing feeling, I really know it will be difficult to continue...
I've also answered the following questions before.
Question “I'm looking for a job in a hurry and I regret it.

Question “I haven't talked to my parents”

Maybe we still haven't settled on a firm ambition to say this is it or what we should work for. Of course, you may be able to solidify these as you work, but maybe it's still a little early now.
I hope you can also refer to the following questions, but for example, how about participating in volunteer activities once? It may be a good “trigger” for you to look at yourself about the future.
Question “A Life of Bankruptcy and Restructuring”

If you are still aspiring to become a nursery teacher, it might be a good idea to volunteer to help out in activities at child-rearing support clubs, NPOs, preschools, etc.
I think it would be good to have a little more time to work on what it is that I really want to do and work on it until I can solidify it. Also, once it's solidified, it becomes necessary to make an effort and do your best in order to get it done. Of course, don't overdo it. If you break your body or mind, you won't have any roots or children.
As mentioned above, if you seek good relationships, I'm sure you'll run into good relationships. I think Rii-sama will also change drastically depending on how she moves towards a good relationship from now on. I pray that you will have a good relationship.
