When you're tired

My mind and body have been very painful lately.

My heart is in pain, so maybe my body is also in pain.

There are many problems that cannot be solved at all.

I have things I want to do and dreams, but right now I'm not motivated at all.

Is it better to rest when your mind is tired like this?

Is it better to take a break when I should take a break,

Or is it just a waste of time and we should move forward as much as possible?

Please let me hear your voice.

Impossible, don't try hard

Sakuramochi-sama

This is Kawaguchi Hidetoshi. This is a humble answer to the question.

I had a bad time in my life, mind, and body.

Both make me pretty anxious when it's hard...

Don't overdo it and try hard.

Are you getting enough sleep?

Is there anything you can do to refresh yourself so you can have a good change of pace?

Aren't there times when you can just sit idly by without thinking about anything?

Sometimes I want to rest my head along with my body without thinking too much about this or that.

How about taking a day off, traveling alone, or going to a hot spring, gourmet tour, or an esthetic salon?

Sometimes it's important to reward yourself.

Judgments differ depending on which direction you should head

If you read the questions up until now, it seems that there are various causes of fatigue.

People can't afford to live alone, and our lives are made up of relationships with various people. We are born into this world, and we face various difficulties and suffering as we live while interacting with people. In Buddhism, this is called “four struggles and eight hardships.” The world isn't full of good things, and there are a lot of ridiculous things. Struggle is a teaching for accepting such reality, and it is a teaching for confronting such difficulties and suffering.

If you're going to do your best in the future at your current workplace, I think it's better to prioritize getting rid of fatigue and getting your body in shape.

For example, learn skills as a cameraman. Or acquire skills or qualifications in order to change jobs. If you're aiming in that direction, wouldn't it be better to start early while keeping an eye on your health?

Even though I worked hard to become a nursery teacher, it wasn't what the site had imagined. I think this can happen in any workplace or anywhere in society. In the course of life, there are times when we have to take major turns several times. I think there will be a lot of hesitation and trouble from now on. You are the protagonist of your life. I think you have no choice but to carve out your own life. Please take care of yourself and do your best.

I'll be very clear. Please rest.

Why is your body getting sick?
That is, your serious feelings are making the inside of your head spin at full speed, and at first glance it seems like you haven't done anything, and in fact, your body is exhausted.

I also read past questions.
You've had a lot of painful experiences.
Keep holding yourself back and endure unreasonable things...
I felt that they were able to fight really well, even if they just didn't commit suicide right now.

The inappropriate word for you right now is “good luck!” or “everyone is struggling,” etc.
My mother seems to be making such a statement, but please go through and say, “Oh, this is an inappropriate way to say it.”
Rest well, and as time passes after recovering, the day will surely come when you can understand your mother.

You are now in a state of loss of energy.
It's “time to rest.”
In such a state, no matter what you do, you may fail, and there is no way that a good idea will come up even if you think about it.

If you take a serious break, you'll definitely be able to recover, and it's not too late to make your dreams come true even after that.
If your family is concerned, please show them how you are moving forward after recovering.

Rest is never a waste.
It's an important time to connect to the next one.

If you have any concerns, share them with family you trust.

I hope you can spend your days leisurely, slowly, and peacefully.
