How to improve your sense of self-affirmation
Since I was little, I was reluctant to build relationships with people around me, and I had a negative image that it was bothersome.
I have a few good friends that I can forgive,
You can't have broad and shallow contact with anyone,
Even if you can do it for as long as you can,
I felt uncomfortable and exhausted, and fell into self-loathing.
On the other hand, I was also envious of the many people who seemed to be having fun.
When I was a student, I convinced myself that it was unavoidable because I had a shy personality,
I became a member of society and started reading various books because of my work worries.
Then, I realized that my low sense of self-affirmation was the root cause of my worries.
When I looked back on my way of life up until now, I felt somewhat guilty about genuinely enjoying something.
If you don't work hard, you won't be recognized,
I had an assumption that I had to get stronger.
I never thought about what kind of way of life would make me happy,
Also, if you're not someone you think “this person can be trusted,”
I don't feel like talking or socializing.
I think this is probably due to not being able to establish a good parent-child relationship with a father who places importance on titles and educational background.
I stayed at my parents' house until high school, but since it was a stuffy family,
My goal has been to leave home, live alone, and become independent.
For this reason, I have a negative image of having a family.
They are also good at love, and they are not good at being seen as romantic partners by men.
However, while people around them are also starting to build families,
I began to feel a sense of crisis that I would live a lonely life based on my own values.
What should I do to take a positive view of the world and myself?
Also, what kind of state of mind can we call it “happy”?
