Please tell me the Buddhist practice.

Nice to meet you.

Recently, I've become interested in Buddhism. Therefore, in order to attain enlightenment, I thought I would practice something myself, and I wanted to know how to practice ascetic practices.
I don't feel like becoming a monk right now, so please tell me the ascetic method of not being a monk.

As for sports, new and efficient training methods are devised year by year, but I would like you to tell me the latest training methods, etc. in Buddhism, if any.

It doesn't mean I should do anything else

As was the case with Buddha, he sought anything other than himself, and he never said, “If you do this, you will be able to achieve enlightenment.”
Already, the way you are is a world of enlightenment. Pursuing your own research is the path to enlightenment. Nor is it a world of ways of thinking.
I'm a Zen monk, so I recommend zazen. I think it's good to learn what Zen is. There are many books on Zen. It's also good to read it from one end. Just learn what Zen is.

The three sciences of precepts, determination, and wisdom

Keep the commandments (five commandments),
Meditation (meditation, spiritual concentration practice),
Wisdom (wisdom, observation, ascetic practice of seeing as it is)
Doing it is the basis of Buddhism.
As for wisdom (observation), for example,
There is something called Vipassana Meditation on the website of the Japan Terawada Buddhist Association.

What is the mercy meditation on the same website
It seems to fall under the ascetic practice of meditation (meditation).

It's like that's just that

It originally became a Buddha.
If you don't add extra work to this mind and body, you really will become a Buddha.
So, the reason I think “I'm not aware” now is because I'm watching with my thoughts on it.
That guy is the culprit.
They deny a state of enlightenment because they look at things analytically as if they were looking at things with a mind of thought, thought, or thought, and are influenced by that thought, and label them as not enlightenment.
Release your strength and just stay there ❝ stay ❞ and watch.
Being there means not doing anything else.
I'm currently being shaken by the train and Seibu Line, but if I rest my hands, my eyes just reflect things.
Even though I wanted to keep it, it was replaced by a new landscape.
That's right now.
There is no division or division between enlightenment and hesitation, and I can see and hear exactly as it is.
This is the true face of all people.
If it's there, it's just that.
There are no leftovers, there is no end to it, and they don't bring in any zazen, Buddhist practices, or anything that smells like ascetic practices.
It's useless.
I don't even need the word inaction.
Yes, that's just the way it is.
However, many people try to do something that seems like ascetic practice based on their thoughts.
True swordsmen can defeat their opponents without bamboo swords or swords.
You might think, “I'm not at that point yet.”
That too is funny. thoughts. Reason.
Really, try living up to it.
Go back to your roots by doing karate.
I am there without my possessions, without knowing myself.
I don't even recognize that they exist.
The enlightened master often said this.
“Be able to really do anything”
Yoshihiro also left similar words.
“Kannon has five eyes, right? A view of truth, purity, vast wisdom, mercy, and compassion. it's totally a mess. Even though indifference is the most favorable thing.”
In the world, people appreciate that kind of anecdote and such ascetic practices, but while being shaken by a train, it's the best thing to do.
Gatangoton.
That's just it. That's where it ends.
If something happens, it's just that.
When a thought came to mind, it just came out.
If you don't feel bothered about it, that's just it.
I don't do the oswari called zazen.
Being able to “just stay” when the mind is directed towards both external things and inner thoughts is a living enlightenment.

“What are the ascetic effects of music Nembutsu Sanmai?” I don't know if it's the latest in the world, but just for reference, “There are things like this too.” (Incidentally, most of the participants are members of the public) http://taosangha.com/what-a-experience/nenbutuhi/
