Please tell me about how to dispose of amulets.

How to dispose of amulets

Anyway, there are plenty of amulets.
Everything is closed in the drawer, but since the inside of the drawer is cluttered, I feel like it's a punishment and I want to dispose of it, but I'm reluctant to throw it away as it is.

Could you please tell me how to properly dispose of it?

Good morning.

It is said that the power of amulets lasts about 1 year.

Temples and shrines that sell amulets have places to store old amulets, so I'll put them there. If you have feelings, it would be even better if you give money.

It feels good when the drawers are clean.

I read it.
Yes. As Kozenshi said. Temples and shrines have places where you can leave old bills and amulets, so I think you can bring them with you.

Or at our temple, we regularly hold memorial services for old banknotes, amulets, pagodas, and place plates and burn them up. In other words, it burns. So I think it's okay if you mail it to our temple.

I'm worried and can't do anything on my own.

If there is a family temple,
Please bring it in and ask for it.

If there isn't a specific temple,
Please ask for it at a nearby temple.

There may be temples that refuse,
With the intention of searching for a good temple for the future,
I hope they hit it off.
