I'd like to do zazen meditation,

I have a severe mental disorder, can I do zazen meditation?
I declined yoga, though.

Let's live together! PostScript

Good morning!. Yasu-san. I also read past questions. If you feel like it, I will cooperate (aiming to become a monk in the future) |. Let's live together first.
For reference, there are activities to support independence at 'Hoke no Sato Farm and Isen-in', so be sure to check it out.

I understand your position very well. Don't worry about money (it's free). First, why don't you experience life at a temple for about 1 month? So if you think you can do it yourself, then think about the future. One step at a time. If you have any questions, please email Hotokenosato Farm and Isen-in. Hagiwara Tokumo

You are welcome

Yoga unifies the so-called mind, but zazen lets go of the work of the mind. Even people with mental disabilities are fine.

However, there are also monks who have never met someone with a mental disorder and don't know how to treat them. Conversely, there are people like Master Hagiwara who say please come to my house. In that area, look at the personalities of individual temples and monks, and decide where to go to zazen sessions.
Yoga people may also be accepted by some teachers.

Go ahead

Let's do zazen meditation. You just have to do what you can within a reasonable range.
Doing nothing in the true sense of the word is zazen. It's something you can do anytime, anywhere. You can be zen even if you don't cross your legs. Maybe it would be nice if my mind calmed down.
We do zazen on the first Saturday of every month.
If you don't mind, go ahead.

It's fine.

I'm the Jodo Shinshu, so I don't do zazen,
The monks at Zen temples are all nice people.
If you have any concerns, don't hesitate to talk to them,
Please do zazen meditation.
