Have there been any events that have drastically changed your way of thinking and values?

I quickly lose sight of myself with a little bit of denial.

Even if your partner doesn't have that intention, such as someone who gently points it out, it makes you feel like you're being branded as bad. It's weak when hit.

I would like to change that it would be difficult if it stayed like this.

Hasunoha gave me a lot of hints, and there are parts that made it easier, but I'd like to hear about experiences, etc.
Please let me spoil you a little more.

We support your future!

I read it.
There are a lot of shocking things in life. Thus, they will face each other regardless of whether they are living or not.

When I was young, I thought I'd die when I was hit with a handgun in Los Angeles and made to hold up, and when I had dysentery in India and couldn't stand up.
Is that already the end of my life? I also thought so.
Other than that, my outlook on life changed when I witnessed several other deaths.
Even so, I'm still alive. It has been kept alive.
I don't think it's actually natural to live as something I often take for granted these days.
Actually, I feel how important everyday life is.
Even though we don't notice it now, we are driven by something, and I feel that we are living in the present to do something.
This is true not only for me, but also for you, and is that the case with all living people, creatures, and things? I feel it from the bottom of my heart.
It's really important that you live.
It's not natural to spend every day casually; it's really important. And living always has goals and meaning.

I sincerely pray that you will receive a lot of things from your many wonderful encounters in your future life, and that you will be able to use them to spend a truly fulfilling and rich day with growth while supporting each other with many people.

Please keep on believing in your wonderful future!
I'm supporting you from the bottom of my heart!

Everyone got hit and they're weak.

I don't think anyone is strong enough to get hit. I think everyone was hit and weak, but I think it depends on the degree of defensive strength. Surprisingly, people who are weak can't see their surroundings, and they only think about themselves. I think it's easy for people who look good to fall for. That was the case with me. I only expect good from people, and I don't actually help others in anything. “Why only me...” It makes it a habit to talk about it. If you do such a thing, even your own side will really turn into an enemy.
I remember listening to the CD I received from a senior who had been thinking about various things at that time, and stories about how to change my mind cleared up. One of them is “It's hard being recognized for myself.” It was a feeling that really blew my eyes away from that point.
Think about how hard it is to be denied yourself, but it's also hard to be affirmed.

If you go through the fog, you'll be dressed in something you don't remember

Good evening.

I'm also the type that readily lays down on people's advice.
I see. It would be nice if we could quickly change our way of thinking and values.

Actually, when I was thinking a lot about answering your questions, there was a word that came to mind.
It's a saying, “Buddhism enters through pores.” I wonder who heard it from? I don't listen to it with my ears or read it in a book, it's probably because of my pores! I remember thinking this was a daunting story.

There is another saying, “If you go through the fog, you'll be dressed in something you don't remember.”
If you walk in the fog, your clothes will be damp before you know it.

Both of these Buddhist teachings are not something you can understand out of nowhere; they naturally follow your body as you interact with them.

Even though I was a temple kid, I didn't go to a Buddhist department at university, and after I graduated from college, I worked as a salaryman. After that, I became a monk for a reason, but I met various monks at the head temple (albeit for a short period of time), and even after coming back to my temple, I participated in various trainings, listened to the stories of various monks, read books, and as I was able to answer them here, I feel like I gradually came to think like a monk. Of course, there's still more to come.

Here at hasunoha, I thought it would be nice if your way of thinking changed little by little by reading various questions, thinking about their content, and asking questions about what you thought here.

It wasn't a story that changed all of a sudden; it became a story that gradually changed.

Let's do something different

This is my experience a long time ago when I was involved in human resource development as a part-time worker. I've noticed that no matter what kind of trouble you have, almost everyone has moments where they try to change dramatically. That was the moment I became a teacher.

Even people who have always opposed the store's policy until now, and have been scattered in opposition, the moment they become teachers, they start doing their best to quickly understand and understand the store's policy. why? This is because I succumb to the stress of “not being able to teach myself such things.”

Well, 100 people can't be all 100 people, and since people's minds are complicated, that state of affairs doesn't last forever, but even so, it was extremely effective.

Why don't you try it out with Q&A somewhere? “It makes me feel like I'm being branded as bad, even if the other person doesn't have that intention, such as someone who gently points it out. I'm weak when I get hit.” How do you respond to someone who says that? Don't just think, try to actually answer. It's OK even if you initially think of it as telling a message about something you've overheard. I'm sure the world you see will change.
