Why is it painful to feel guilty about playing?

Even if I think I'm playing, work and future worries are always in the corner of my head, and I can't really enjoy playing.

When playing, I think that if you play briskly, you'll be sharper and be able to work, but I haven't been able to enjoy it from the bottom of my heart.

Life is short, only once, so I don't think it would be fun to just use energy at work.

How should we think in order to be free from this suffering?

I'm going to try it thoroughly

I read it. If you feel that way, why don't you try doing something that you really want to do at work.
Why don't you go as far as you can without running away?
As you work, your mind and body will be satisfied.
Also, new discoveries, goals, and hopes are clearly visible.
Why don't you face it firmly without being vague and try bumping into each other.
Your future will definitely change.

I sincerely pray that your future will open up brightly and be pioneered by your own strength, and that you will walk every day with a fulfilling mind and body.

Write bothersome bothersome

There was news recently that the average wage will rise,
It seems that many people choose to save money.
Everyone is vaguely worried about the future.

Even though the Buddha was also in a very blessed environment
After seeing “death from old age sickness,” everything became futile.
And finally, he became a monk.

If you write it as bothersome or bothersome, it's “annoyance.”
Watanabe said, “I really want to have fun!” I'm tormented by that worry.
Let's do a little analysis.
Why do you really want to enjoy it?
“Because if you play briskly, you'll be sharper and be able to work.”
“Because I don't think it's fun to just use energy at work”

If so, to Watanabe-san
There is also a solution called “I hope I can enjoy my work.”

“When something is not convenient, people try to search for the cause outside to see what makes them unfree.” “It's not that they don't have freedom, they just haven't become free.”
This is the Buddhist way of thinking.

First of all, this world is a shabby (enduring) world.
It's designed to make you worry and suffer.
Conversely, it's just a fun world where there are no worries at all
You'll get bored quickly, and I'm sure it will be very boring.

While worrying, they find joy in it.
I look at my own worries and calmly grasp what of my thoughts binds me.

If you think you only live once, wouldn't this kind of cool way of life be better than a foolish way of life that's just fun?

You don't need a “reason” for fun.

Watanabe-sama
Hello. I took a look.

It is said that they feel guilty when they play. The analogy is different, but it's probably similar to “the feeling that this isn't the time to do this” like playing before school entrance exams. I feel like I'm doing something different to somehow get away from what's in front of me. It's there, right?

“It can't be helped even if you think about it” and “live in the present” may be correct arguments, but I don't think that's possible. This is because humans are creatures that “think.” Then, by acquiring the ability to “think,” I came to have “anxiety about the past and future” as a side effect. It's about trying to just feel the emotional energy of anxiety, saying, “Oh, I'm worried,” without trying to hold back my heart.

Another method is to think about future anxiety until you quantify it as concretely as possible. I'm in a state where I think about it somehow and there are no answers, so I keep thinking. Depending on Watanabe's personality, it is also possible to reduce anxiety by thoroughly thinking about money etc. until it becomes visible as much as possible and trying to be specific.

The other is to become aware of the “should” within yourself. If you think “sharpening is good,” not being sharp is a bad thing. That hasn't been decided. There are many people who live happily even if they don't have sharpness. Of course, there are people who think they only live once, but there are also people who live happily thinking that they are just living in the present time in the midst of a long, long stream of reincarnation.

Try to observe your own mind, and when do you feel at ease? I think it will change slightly if you think about feeling the emotion of a place that is not a “logic or reason” of feeling that it is easy.

The rest is to be thankful for the current situation. It's about “practicing” to appreciate being supported as a matter of course. Even if you don't feel that way, the time will come when you can gradually see the present as you practice. I'm rooting for you. Gassho
