prejudicing

They tend to be biased against people because of how they look
“Wow, this person is so messy!”
I have selfishly judged things like “you seem to have a tough personality” or “I don't want to get involved.”

Everyone always treats me kindly when I actually talk
I always feel sorry.

How can we stop harboring such biases and preconceptions?

Joyful heart is literally a heart that rejoices.
This is a story about when I started my ascetic lifestyle at an ascetic dojo. For about three months, I didn't even see the sunshine, and I was yelled at every day every day, or every second, in a super athletic space, so much that I could say every second, and every day was just denied.

Violence is prohibited now, but violence was still around in my day... What's more, they were being told half-way that violence was prohibited, so I was made to sit down for about 3 hours to “sit upright without rotting and not being pulled,” but in the end, they were kicked off... yet I certainly didn't have the ability to do my own training, so I can't complain... it's pathetic, it's scary... it's not really depressing anymore... I really shed tears when it's time for zazen I'm happy to play it. Because that time alone is undeniable.

But one day, three months later, I met an old woman from outside. When we met, they said hello and smiled. I was so happy with that smile from the bottom of my heart... it was just a nondescript greeting, but tears overflowed... A happy heart saves myself.

Oh, after all, it's probably reckless with a thousand characters and an example story with three hearts... I'll skip it for a moment.

Old heart, this is a kind heart like an old woman. What is called sincerity. You mean the old woman's smile earlier.
Please take a close look at the “everyone is kind” mentioned by the cat. There should be no stagnation in the hearts of people who are kind. Being kind to others clears one's mind.

Lastly, sincerity is a heart that empathizes with others. If the cat is happy to be treated kindly, the person who was kind will also be happy. Cats are happy when they are kind to others and are happy. That's why I feel happy and sad together, even when it's about others, as if it were my own.

The explanation was a bit rough, but this happy heart, kind heart, and sympathetic heart are kind hearts. If you practice this kindness for your own peace of mind, your feelings of dislike will disappear over time, even if your preconceptions themselves remain.

I won't let my thoughts run ahead of me.

Actually, it's faster to get the spotlight.
But right after that, I thought about it.
There is absolutely no way to look at that person after generating thoughts, preconceptions, and prejudice first.
You're always going to look at the facts first and then add your thoughts right after that.
Therefore, starting tomorrow, always try to give the center one an advantage.
The first thing to look at is to look at that person.
To really explore what kind of person that person is, the first step is to enjoy it as if the main point is being reflected.
Thoughts, comments, and tweets will follow.
You just need to be able to see things and people without thoughts, comments, or tweets.
Look at the other person and don't tweet in your mind.
It's about looking at your partner and spending time as you see them.

Take a look at what's there right now.
The moment you watch it, your mind won't get into it.
It means it's still the way it was seen.
It's a way of prioritizing eyes and not prioritizing heart and mind.
Think of it as if what you see is a rabbit.
Think of it as a turtle that comes later.
When turtles (thoughts) are prioritized, thoughts come first.

Wouldn't it be good if I was aware that it might be prejudice

Prejudice and prediction are also abilities humans have acquired in order to live and live efficiently.
Maybe it's a technique to improve batting average.
Predict the opponent's pitcher's pitch. Speaking of prejudice, that too is prejudice.
That's probably the case with things like getting bogged down in tests.
Unfortunately, there are cases where prejudice comes unexpectedly.
There are situations where it is more efficient to use prejudice.
The problem is that there is a risk of human rights violations when the other party is human.
It's more efficient from a safety standpoint not to go out with someone with a criminal record (using prejudice),
Just because you're a person who has committed a crime in the past doesn't necessarily mean you'll do something bad again, so
Prejudice should not be used in this case.
Your “this person seems to be messing around” is probably pretty good too. It's unavoidable to use prejudice when you have to make a quick decision, but if you can carefully examine it, don't use prejudice.
There is no room for a person with a kitchen knife to come into the house in the middle of the night and say, “Deciding it as a robber is prejudice.”
Prejudice is a useful app installed on the brain, but it's important to be aware that it has the potential to hurt people.
