Can't anyone help me

I had a discussion about my son who had gone far away a long time ago. That made me mentally crazy. Every day is painful and it's like hell, hurting myself and crying... But I also have a younger daughter, and I'm barely doing work and housework due to the economy.

However, it was so painful that I went to psychosomatic medicine and received medicine. Also, I tried relying on various places as much as I could think of, such as telephone consultations and consultations with friends and mother-in-law. However, more than a year went by in pain. That's the limit.

My husband is assigned alone and comes back once a week, and at first he listens to me, but recently he says, “I don't know you anymore. do whatever you want. I was told, “I'm worried about my daughter, so I'm coming home, but I can't take care of you.” I can also say things to my husband that I can't discuss in detail with my friends or parents, so I understand that they are stunned after talking about so many things. However, I think couples are the only ones who can support each other during difficult times. I've even been abandoned by someone like that, and I'm at my limit. It's really hard to suffer alone. I would like to die like this, but when I think about children, I can't do that either.
My husband is a kind person, but he is abandoned by such people and has an indescribable sense of loneliness and emptiness. My husband tells me to find my own hobbies and do something about it, but now that's difficult, and when I watch my husband throw them away in that way, I wonder what a married couple is.

I understand that in the end, I have no choice but to do something on my own, but now that it's painful and I can't afford it, would it be foolish to want someone to support me? Now that even my husband, who really should have helped each other more than anyone else, has abandoned me, I am alone in the world, I feel alone and lonely, and it's even more painful. Do humans still live alone? Up until now, I've managed to resolve things on my own for 40 years, but this time I don't seem to be able to recover on my own, probably because of mental damage. I think we've discussed everything we can rely on. I am consulting with a feeling that this is the only place left. Do people eventually have no choice but to live alone, even if they are married? Is it indecent to want someone to help you?

Stay away from your son and support your husband well

Are you supporting your husband? I don't just want help, you have to be supportive too ^ ^
The fact that they will have an older son is probably going to be very independent. It's already out of your hands.
After that, please support your husband and daughter, and be supported from time to time to create a warm home.
That's because it's also my son's happiness.

As you said, married couples help each other. However, your husband is not a professional counselor. Therefore, even if you are told about the same worries and suffering over and over again, even if you can handle it at first, you will not be able to handle it over time. Over time, depression or even rejection symptoms will develop against you.
If possible, talk to a psychosomatic medicine doctor or counselor about your concerns for a while from now on. Hasunoha is fine too.
Also, please treat your husband and daughter with a smile and kind words.
Also, tell your son to write in Hasunoha if you have any questions or concerns about any religion.
It has always been said that cute children should travel.
It is very meaningful to live alone in order to become a full-fledged adult. I'm sure you want your son to become a full-blown adult.
Please cheer them on from afar.

Because you're not alone

I read it.
It's been a while.

I read how you are now very worried and in the midst of suffering.

Please let me know if you can take care of your painful feelings and feelings.

You're not alone. Humans are living today by helping each other.
Every human being is weak.
You, me, and my husband are all weak.
I am also being saved and kept alive.
Please tell us about your suffering, too. And please ask for help.

There isn't a silver bullet for everything right away.
As we talk, bright lights, signs, and awareness always come.

Please honestly talk about your feelings during difficult times, and rest your mind and body.

We're always waiting for you.
