I don't have the confidence to live...

I'm a second-year high school student attending a correspondence high school.
There are so many social nonconformists that I don't want to live anymore.

However, I have absolutely no intention of committing suicide.
But I want to die, and I wish I could die.

It always makes me think.

Recently, every time I remember something bad
“I want to die.” “I wish I had died, but you (me)”
I've become a habit of muttering.

when you want to die...

・When I remember my low mental age when I was in elementary school and middle school

・When you can't say hello and it becomes pathetic

・When you feel that studying is bothersome

・When you are frustrated

・When you cause trouble to others and your own insanity becomes noticeable

... mainly at times like this.

Somehow the university entrance exam is coming soon.
But if you don't know what university you want to go to, you don't know what you want to do in the future. I'm impatient.

I don't have enthusiasm for my life.
I feel like throwing everything out. always.
I'm tired even though I haven't tried hard.

I'm tired of living.
What kind of attitude should I take in my life?

Successful experiences

You were advised to take a walk when you asked the question last time. Yuuri herself answered that she would like to start with a walk.

Well, what do you think? Have you tried putting it into practice?

If you haven't done it, don't blame yourself. However, I felt that it would be good for Yuuri to have accumulated successful experiences.

You can also take a walk. Jogging is fine too. Cooking is fine too. You can also try growing flowers and foliage plants.
Why don't you actually start something, try it out, and keep going?

No one will replace Yuuri's life.

Yuuri is running away with the feeling of “I want to die,” and it is Yuuri who is most troubled and futile. The attitude to live is not something people give you; it's probably something you find yourself and decide your attitude.

Throwing all the time. always somehow. I'm sluggish. It's troublesome. it's useless.

Yuri is the one who stands up from there and gets out.

Stand up and do your best, and what lies ahead? You might think that. But that's not the case. If you don't want to work hard, don't try as hard as you can. But that's probably why they've been talking about it because it's painful.
So why don't you try your best to do whatever you want? That's it. The results after hard work aren't fun; I think it's fun to work hard.

Looking for a spring

Why don't you go on a trip?

Traveling alone can make you notice a lot of things. Once you go to that, even if you're tired, you'll have to move for the time being, so I think you'll naturally become active.

The reason why it's good to travel alone is that if you move like that, you don't have to think too much about yourself. When the scenery moves, so does the heart. Don't you feel like that?

“When I want to die
・When I remember my low mental age when I was in elementary school and middle school
・When you can't say hello and it becomes pathetic
・When you feel that studying is bothersome
・When you are frustrated
・When you cause trouble to others and your own insanity stands out”

It's all “when I think about myself.”
There are times when I think about myself, but it's hard. I can only see the points that haven't been reached. I also feel like it makes me want to throw everything out.
Even if it's called social incompatibility, please continue to “Japan Society” on the internet and google it in alphabetical order as a trial. Don't you think there are only words that make you think about whether it's okay to fit?

anyway
I think enthusiasm is not something you have, but something that springs from you. Enthusiasm itself is unattainable. It's like digging into a spring. Please feel free to come across something unknown.
Rather than being prepared, I think it's okay to take a little time away from a place and time that makes you have your heart set. Get away from your own affairs and attitude.
There are also strange things when you go on a trip. When there were as few people as possible, I suddenly thought, “What is this?” There are times when I run into things I think. It's an object or a human act. I want you to cherish that feeling.
Not bound by the destination, “Let's go over here” along the way. That's because it's fine to feel like that.

By the way, I also made a mistake today, so I thought for a moment.
Oh, I want to die, I wish I could die.

I wonder if I should go on a trip after a long absence (laughs)

Rather than evaluating myself in the past, what do I think and do now?

Let's do a little self-analysis.
Your “I want to die” at a time like this

・When I remember my low mental age when I was in elementary school and middle school
・When you can't say hello and it becomes pathetic
・When you feel that studying is bothersome
・When you are frustrated
・When you cause trouble to others and your own insanity becomes noticeable

This is a pure act, and the evaluation is excluded.
・When I was in elementary school and middle school, I lived my own way.
・There were times when I couldn't say hello.
・That wasn't the kind of study I liked.
・I had “that” experience.
・I said what I thought. I just did it without knowing it was bad. (As a result, it caused trouble to someone.)

You think back on it “now” and judge yourself from the perspective of a wide show critic.
I replayed “now,” played it over and over, and even judged over and over again, I seem cute.
So, the judgment is over, so blaming yourself any more deeply than that will be needlessly exhausting.

They probably just did that.
Everyone has more or less when they are young.
You're admirable for having the courage to face it.
Everyone doesn't have the “courage to face” even if something like that happens more than you, so people who are disliked live their lives while hiding their own faults while hiding their own faults.
All you have to do is use that experience now to empower you.
How you use that experience is up to you.
Let's limit it to today until today when we think about that experience.
Please be ashamed of that experience and be inspired.
I try to strengthen my heart so that I will never do this again.
this is enough to die! It inspires that feeling.
In Buddhism, we value the heart called Bodhi Heart.
It's about making full use of the power you have to help others, and with a sense of spiritual ambition, leaving anger, selfishness, and negative thoughts, and growing to become a great person of your own ideals.
Bodhi Heart.
I am also a person who once thought I was about to die, and I am currently demonstrating for myself that even such a person can stand a little bit of a translation. “My way of thinking” was the only thing that died for me.
What afflicts humans is their own way of looking at things, “I think this way; only I think this way; within me I think this way.”

“Detachment”

Yuuri-sama

This is Kawaguchi Hidetoshi. This is my humble answer to the question.

It looks like you're feeling a little desperate...

I don't even understand how you feel. Living is exhausting, tough, and quite a lot of painful things...

However, in Buddhism, it is very important not to misunderstand the reality of this suffering first, but to have a firm awareness of it.

Also, it is required to cause “detachment” to want to escape from the reality of this suffering.

Anyway, it was the Buddha who explained the teachings to reduce and eventually eliminate this reality of suffering or confusion.

I would be grateful if you could learn and practice from Buddhism along with wisdom to live a better life, how to reduce it or lose it.

I'm sure you can get a lot of good hints from Buddhism.
