hasunoha

I attempted suicide.

I ended up sleeping with my one-day pass, but I didn't die. I want to die soon. Being physically and mentally ill is painful, and being alive is nothing but pain. I plan to do that again sometime this week. Thank you to the monks who gave me a lot of advice and those who worried about me. You can feel a little calm when you shake it.
I'm leaving for a peaceful world that transcends things like hell and heaven. There's already so much pain, pain, and fear. I want to run away. goodbye. goodbye. Goodbye

there is an easier way to live than a way to die easily

That was tough, wasn't it? First, I'm glad I'm alive. You're probably not motivated to do anything, but let's take a look back at what we've done so far.
I'll tell you something good. The cause of suffering is “resistance, resistance, repulsion” in a nutshell. The point is “I want to abandon my current state and go somewhere else in my head.” (That's not a word)
Actually, when I wanted to die, my head had completely gone to the “Atchi” world.
Anyway, if you're going to go somewhere else, first change your address to a place where you can feel more comfortable away from the current negative thought loop “The World of Atch.”
I'm also a person who has recovered from the brink of death, so it might be helpful.
Once again, hello.
Whether you read it from above or below, it says “Tange wig falls to the bottom.” The boy is not bald, he has a shaved head, and he is “shaved” instead of falling out.
When it comes to why boys shave their hair, they keep cutting their hair regularly as a symbol of worry.
Permanent hair removal is probably a good way to get rid of uproots, but I still don't want to be cursed by Councilor Toyota as “this bad guy,” so I cut it regularly.
There was a time when I had suicidal thoughts, and I'm still alive today.
It's better not to do it~ (+_+). Everyone around you will suffer in hell even after you die. No matter how you commit suicide, it will cause trouble to someone. Rather than that, it's definitely better to know how to die. There are people who came all the way from Iwate, Fukushima, and Aomori the other day.
If you feel like you're dying, Osaka and Saitama are just a stone's throw away. Why don't you talk about your life while eating even Tenkaippin?
First, let's talk about “anxiety zob zob” here. The true form of desire to die and suffering is “anxiety zob.” That affliction is bothersome, bothersome, bothersome, troublesome, and worrisome when read as a character.
So, when it comes to when that affliction comes out, I would like you to closely observe it from now on, but all of a sudden, anxiety zob zob doesn't come up. Annoying Zobzob is like a rare Pokémon.
Once you discover it, you can be soothed by the anxiety Zobzob.
Let's try it out. It is the function of the mind to pack up the thoughts that come out when dark feelings come out, catch them, and deal with them is what causes anxiety.
First, please remember, “Thoughts are not worries when they first occur.”
We look forward to your call.

Why don't you touch Buddhism just a little bit more...

I have nothing else to say... please stop committing suicide. that's all...
If you die, you'll get easier... is that true? What happens after death? Is there nothing after death... can we still die? If I die, will I be a Buddha? Then why did Shakyamuni and monks keep strict precepts and work on ascetic practices? If you take your own life, you can attain enlightenment much faster... then I don't think anyone has practiced Buddhism...
I don't know what happened after death... so I'm asking the Buddha who knows about it.
They say they will make you the Buddha of the Pure Land. That is the only scooping for you and mine, and the scooping has been completed for those who suffer.
Nevertheless, the reason why you are suffering is that you haven't received the fortune promised by the Buddha. It's because you're rejecting it... as a result, you're alone and suffering.
Why don't you stop suffering alone, getting along fast alone, and deciding your life and life alone?
Why don't you at least live a little longer and come into contact with “Buddhism or something”?
If you've already “made up your mind,” the time later in your life is “true freedom,” isn't it... it's fine to let go of your obsession with time. So why don't you forget everything else and dive into Buddhism?
If I could find a way to live there, I would really be “lucky!” Don't you think so?
It's Shakyamuni! These are the teachings of the only person who was born alive and became a Buddha! You are “lucky!” I'm sure they'll scream. All the Hasunoha monks say that...

The problems one by one

Good evening

Today I went to chiropractic treatment.
The old man, who seems really stubborn, is doing it alone. It's great to be able to get rid of body stiffness, but this hurts a lot. My uncle doesn't forgive me even when it hurts (laughs). My uncle is watching the state of my body, not my mind. So when they do this, I think the human mind and body are separate.

At the chiropractic shop, NHK radio is playing, and after reading a postcard saying “I have to go apologize to the customer now, it's depressing,” personality Yuji talked about “now there is a business called an 'apology shop', and they seem to apologize nicely instead.” In response to the melancholy of going to apologize, Yuji immediately came up with the story of “The Apologian,” and I thought that if we could live that way of life, I would surely be able to live an easy life.
Do you think this kind of thing is an “run away”? When I was looking at Facebook the other day, they said, “I'm not running away. There was a saying, “I'm dodging it,” and I thought that was true. “Run away” is a negative image, but when it comes to “dodge,” it's cool, isn't it?
It would be nice to be able to successfully “dodge” the hardships of life.

The introduction has been long, but as I wrote in the title, if you look at the whole problem you are facing at once, it may be “no good anymore,” but let's break up the various issues first. Let's consider mental problems and physical problems separately. You probably don't even think your body is going to die yet. Let's fix what we can cure, and devise ways to use what doesn't. Let's also examine mental problems one by one and treat them concretely in order starting with what we can do.

Little by little without being impatient.

I'm having a lot of issues too. There are times when a new problem arises without any solution being solved. Every time I do that, I sort out the problems and try to do what I can. I fall asleep when I can't go either way (laughs) But I still believe that if I move little by little, I'll somehow be able to see the light.

How about a reply like this? Does it seem like it can be solved? Let's start by sorting out the issues. Please come back once you've sorted it out.

May you continue to be saved

I read it.
Your illness is driving you all the way, and you're suffering a lot, aren't you?
I think it's just your suffering. You might not know that, but I still want to share a little bit of your suffering.
Please let us know what you think. Please let me hear the thoughts that have swelled up a lot in you right now, too.
I would like you to feel even a little relief from within you while sharing your suffering with everyone.

And I want you to let go of that suffering little by little and ease your heart.

I sincerely hope that you can live your life with peace of mind and calm.

I would like you to reduce the burden on your mind by not unloading your suffering little by little.

I also live my life thinking about my own death every day.
I'm definitely on a straight line towards death, too.
No matter what happens, it doesn't mean that speed will increase or slow down suddenly.
I'm just quietly accepting it. Then, all you have to do is properly receive the Buddha's guidance and sincerely hope that you will be reborn under the Buddha and keep quiet with Nembutsu.
Namu Amida Buddha Namu Amidabutsu

I hope that you too will be blessed with a relationship with the Buddha.
The Buddha will always take away our suffering and save us.

So please leave everything to the Buddha now and in the future.
Your life and death are predetermined.
Please leave it up to the Buddha.

I sincerely hope that you will be blessed with a relationship with the Buddha from now on, complete your life, and that you will pass away peacefully and peacefully with the Buddha from the bottom of your heart.

Namu Amida Buddha Namu Amidabutsu

Please be kind to Nembutsu with all your heart, too.

“Light that clearly clarifies the basic three-body structure”

Hanamin-sama

This is Kawaguchi Hidetoshi. This is my humble answer to the question.

In order to reach enlightenment and nirvana beyond the “peaceful world that transcends hell and heaven,” in other words, it is still necessary to adjust the causal relationships (causes and conditions) for that purpose.

The person who explained the cause and effect was Buddha.

By all means, as Mr. Kobayashi Kakujo also said, could you come into more contact with “Buddhism.”

They might say, “No, that's enough.”

If that's the case, I hope you read just one of the following books. It's a paperback book, so if you just read it, it would take two hours. However, the content is quite difficult.

“Gelk School Edition: Tibetan Book of the Dead” (translated by Professor Koichi Hiraoka, Gakken Bunko), which is a translation of Master Yangchen Garo's “Light that clearly clarifies the basic three-body structure”

If there's anything you don't understand, don't hesitate to send a message directly to Kosei, so feel free to ask questions. We will do our best to answer your questions.
