My current situation

I'm currently depressed, and I was working, but I quit.

When I think about the economy, I'll have to work again soon, but I plan to relax until I get unemployment insurance.
However, when I do housework, I don't have anything else to do, and I often fall asleep, watch TV, and get lazy, so I fall into self-loathing, wondering if this is okay.

Radio, not TV

It's a great day off, so please take your time to heal your depression.
One piece of advice. Let's listen to the radio rather than the TV. The TV stops your body, but you can listen to the radio while moving. Since radio is information that can be created, it can also be used as a mental exercise. Then, post emails and become friends with radio personalities, and my heart is enriched with radio information. I'm also a radio kid who loves radio, and now, thanks to radiko, I can listen to radios from outside the prefecture. Of course, I also have a portable radio, and I can listen to it from my smartphone with the app.

How to deal with depression

It mainly focuses on becoming less concerned about “symptoms of depression” rather than being medically “cured.”
We recommend that you keep the following in mind.

・I was depressed until yesterday, so I don't have any use anymore.
・Right now, if that depression doesn't affect my current situation today, there's no problem no matter what the doctors who want to take medicine say.
・Medicines that really work should be taken.
・Where is my depression right now?
・It wasn't that much of a problem now.
・That medicine is not what doctors call a “medicine that heals if you take it,” and whether the person who has cured it is a drug that “I tried various things and got better with this.” Even if you keep taking medicine that won't cure you, you'll just become dependent.
・Since depression is strong due to the state of mind, healing that state of mind is more effective than medicine.
・Even if someone wants to label me depressed, if there is no hindrance to my life, even if the best doctor in the world diagnoses depression, my actual present situation is not a problem.
・Symptoms of depression are symptoms. The effects of my mind, which dislikes, resists, repels, and negatively complements the symptoms of depression, are different things from the symptoms of depression.
・Even breathing gets worse with DIS. I don't want to DIS myself when I'm depressed anymore.
