The self that lives only in my head

I'm a graduate student doing biological research.
I live only in my head, probably because I've been studying
Every day, about research, about the future, about relationships
I'm tired of just thinking about things like that.
It was as if I was in a prison called thinking, and I got out of there,
I want to live in the real world as it is in Buddhism (a world where I'm not bound by my own feelings, fantasies, or thoughts), what should I do?

Get to know who you are in front of reality right now rather than thinking with your head

It's about getting rid of the habit of adding meaning and value, profit and loss, right and wrong to what you see and touch.

I'm drinking coffee right now. It just tastes like coffee. It's not worth it if it's delicious or bad. My tongue just feels that taste. When I eat a doughnut, it tastes like a doughnut. That's all. I don't think at all about not being able to eat rice if you eat a doughnut even though it's lunchtime.
That's what it means to live the facts and know the facts.
Everything you see, hear, and sound with your eyes is as it is. You should have got your thoughts sandwiched between them after that without putting in a pause. You must be having a conversation in your head. Stop doing that and live only with your true first sense.

Don't let words come first

Today. You've been studying for a long time according to your own interests. I've also been a student for quite a long time, and these are really nostalgic days.
Now, my guideline is “words make the senses go backwards.” For example, lie on your back and place your hands on your stomach. Up to this point, acts. Then, the hand placed on it can sense that the body is breathing. Next is where words come into play. “Oh, I'm breathing right now, I'm exhaling now” is real time life, the real you. “Breathing” means. That's because you can't inhale and exhale together. You may feel your lungs and heart that usually keep you alive by keeping you quiet. “Oh, my heart is moving.” After the senses are words.
Savor it for a while.
Then, my ears are working too. You may hear things like the sound of the second hand on a clock that you haven't “heard” until now, the engine sound of a car moving outside, or the sound of birds. Then it's time for words to come into play. “Oh, the birds are chirping. My ears are catching it.”
Try the experience of “making words go backwards” like that. Please enjoy the senses that have not been taken up until now, and that your body is working for you to live.
I don't think “do that all the time.” However, when I have that kind of time somewhere in the day, I feel like something has been reset. I think the biggest harm of smartphones is that they destroy this kind of “free time” and instill desire. Please try it out in order not to be turned into such a “capital society duck.” Today is Saturday. Take it easy.

Think with your head, think with your heart

I left my heart behind, and now it seems like I've finally realized the most important “heart.”
What you need is to cultivate your mind.

Recently, I've been practicing, and what I thought was really good about is comprehensive martial arts.
I've been learning Jekwon Do since about 2 years ago.
I'm not good at sports, and I've never done martial arts.
It's just my experience, but it shakes my heart.
Just for your reference.

So I won't do that.

See the following questions and answers.
Q How can I get out of my thoughts and thoughts?
A do you want to get out of your mind?
Q yes
So what do you think I should do with A?
Q I wonder if I should get out of my mind.
A, so what are you doing right now?
I'm using the Q idea.
A, that's right. Isn't that a habit? Therefore, if you don't think, you should live a way of life in line with facts..
Q I know... but I can't do that...
A What are you doing right now? That's how I try to go back to the world of thought.
Q Oh, this is an unconscious choice of thought, isn't it?
A Yes.
Q ah, but it's difficult
A that, that. Where do they do that too?
Q, that's an idea. I see. In other words, this shouldn't be the case! Understood. I mean, this is... so-called...
A ah, that's enough. What is that Ursai analysis. Where is the accelerator for that analysis drive?
Q: I'm worried about this too. So what should I do?
A I don't need “well.” “&NEXT” is too many of you. Why don't you just shut up for a moment?
Q... (-_-;)
A That means watching yourself. You've probably left it unattended to the point where you don't know the difference between thought mode and fact mode yourself. Contrary to words, I liked choosing my thoughts myself.
Q...! Oh, I finally understand. It's fine now. I'm relieved now. (^<^) (factual brain mode)
A I don't understand the idiot in the logic shop who doesn't understand
Q is it huh!? this bastard! (Thought-brain mode)
A blur boka bokos bocoska (factual brain mode)
Referring to the above, if you realize that you were using your thoughts and brains while saying that you wanted to get out of your thoughts, it's an immediate job. Good attainment of Buddhism. (Ω)
