The Buddha never abandons that worry and continues to hold on to it.
They're just holding back.
Buddha became a Buddha without abandoning his heart of anger, devotion, regret, instantaneity, self-love, and shifting responsibility.
They're just keeping them in check.

Just as morning dew disappears imperceptibly due to the sun, worries are naturally suppressed.

The difference between what you think you are and the facts

You just can't see your surroundings, and you just become yourself.

What do you call yourself?
Isn't that your heart and mind? This is called the ego. If you misplace your ego with yourself and act, you have made a mistake.

Your body is honest. I don't have to worry. We accept the facts as they are and respond.
If you don't prioritize your thoughts and value the facts, you probably won't be swayed by worries.

Think of it as “greed, anger, laziness, pride”

Every day, for example, while walking or in between, or while working,
Try reciting or chanting “greed, anger, laziness, pride” in your heart or in a low voice.
When you want to do something, be aware of “greed.”
When you don't like something, notice it as “anger.”
When you feel bothersome, notice that you are “lazy.”
Please be aware of “pride” when you want to evaluate yourself or compare yourself to others, such as being great or being bad.
The devil (affliction) transforms into various forms.
If you scan “greed, anger, laziness, pride,” you may uncover the true identity of the devil. Demons (afflictions) weaken when their true identity is discovered.
