About male schoolers' sexual desires
Good evening. I'm a very average male high school student living in Tokyo.
I've been going to a boys' school since middle school, and now I'm in 1st year of high school. This is my first post, but what I really want to listen to this time is about sex. I don't think so myself, probably because it's a boys' school, but people around you often tell me that you have too much sexual desire. There are a few verses that come to mind when I think back (not masculine), but I was a little surprised just because I was an average person no matter what I did, so I was definitely average when it came to sexual desire.
When I say this to my friends, it's taken as a funny story and they don't listen properly, but why does the Tokyo Metropolitan Government stipulate that stimulating sexual feelings by ordinance (Tokyo Metropolitan Ordinance on the Healthy Development of Youth) interferes with the healthy growth of youth (section 7, etc., in Chapter 3, etc., multiple). (I haven't confirmed it, but I think the same thing is probably written in every prefecture.)
I was born in an age where there was an internet connection from the time I was born, so I was able to search for as many things as I wanted. At the time, this was uploaded without permission, and I didn't even think that there were people who would be in trouble because it was reprinted here. However, as a matter of fact, at this age, it seems that they are caught by some kind of law in the first place, but if you don't buy it by regular means, when you can actually buy it, isn't the industry going to collapse in the first place? I come to think that they should buy by a regular method from both a legal point of view and an economic point of view. That's where I hit the wall I just hit. (My old self had illegally surpassed that barrier) If you read the ordinance properly, it's as if remembering sexual desire itself isn't healthy. People around you seem to be saying that they made a mistake in the way you taught. Is it really unhealthy for first-year high school students (they probably weren't aware, but I think they've had sexual desires since elementary school) to remember sexual desires? Also, when a first-year high school student at a boys' school masturbates as a means to vent that depressing sexual desire, is okazu (in short, something that cannot be obtained by regular means, such as AV or erotic books) originally unnecessary? If true, you can tell this story directly to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office, and it may be a little difficult for monks to do when regulations etc. are involved, but it would be helpful if you could answer them.
Sorry for the long post.
