How to talk

I've hated talking so much in my life up until now.
I can't say many compliments
When I talk to people, I'm being too honest

Things that make the other person uncomfortable
It's been over and over again, and it's even faster and less fluent
I've been told by my parents since I was in elementary school to fix it

I tried my best

My habit from when I was a kid wasn't easy to fix and it continues to this day...

Things have gotten a little better since I went to high school
To become a member of society starting this year
Do well with people who are older than you and those around you

Can you have a conversation
Doesn't it make you feel uncomfortable

I'm so anxious and my stomach hurts...

it seems like my anxiety is about to reach its limit
I would be happy if you could give me some advice.

To the point where it is.

Hello. Simple things are best. Simple, single-celled, single-celled ball. I'll do it again with Tantan Tange no Kendama.
I'm single celled, so I don't know how difficult it is.
However, I often speak at puja and zazen sessions every week.
❝ TONGE (tongue) ❞ just for Tange. Pupu p.
It's a conversation, talk, etc., but don't think it's too difficult to talk.
Isn't it fine to “say”?
It's fine to “talk.”
Isn't it okay to “talk”?
What you have to say should ultimately determine what you should say.
Just say it as it is.
If you say “let's say it well,” costumes will be created. It's an ornament, adaptation, and decoration.
The best part of the monk's puja world is a normal talk without any dramatization.
Wouldn't it be better if the goods you use a lot in everyday life aren't decorated with glitter or decorations?
Let's keep it simple and take the extra stuff.
communication?
talk.
listen.
That's all there is to it.
The story was smooth enough to read, see, read, and understand these characters right now, right?
That's fine.
It is only because there is no extra strength involved that can be done normally.
That is a normal state of mind. It's a no-brainer.
Let's just talk about it without adding too many options ('omega').
Keep it simple. simply. “Thumpuru sumpuru.” Let's keep this in mind right before. If you notice it, it's enough to use it.

Be aware of anime voice actors and try recording your own voice

When I was in college, I was involved in club activities, showing puppet shows etc. to children.
I was also practicing fluent speech and vocalization exercises such as “A・E・I・U・E・O・O,” but more than that, it was useful to actually practice lines from puppet shows, etc.
There were also scenes where they hosted and performed in front of the children, like the older brother in the song on the children's program.
Since I'm dealing with a toddler, I've learned how to speak slowly in a bright voice.
I was also a little aware of how anime voice actors talk.
I think it's good to imitate someone, such as a voice actor, celebrity, or clerk.
When I was in high school, I wasn't really good at speaking in public, but I managed to do it when dealing with kids. So, that experience gave me confidence, and I was able to speak even in front of adults.

As for how to practice, now, mobile phones also have voice recorder functions, don't they?
Record how you speak and listen to it yourself.
I can hear my own voice through the vibrations of my skull, so I don't know my actual voice until I record it and listen to it.
Voices and facial expressions can be changed through training.
In the future, even in job hunting interviews, your first impression will change, so there's no need to be impatient, but since you have an awareness of the problem, let's start practicing now.
Unless it's a drama club, there should be few young people doing that kind of practice.
If so, it will always be a weapon if you do it.
Incidentally, it's also fun to sing and record songs on a voice recorder (alone in the room).

Virtues of the Lotus Sutra

The Buddha is described as follows in the Lotus Sutra.
If you believe in the Lotus Sutra, there are merits for the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and body.
----------
What you want is the merit of your tongue.
The virtue of tongues that makes people and themselves happy.
----------
When I wake up in the morning, fill half a glass with water
While holding a cup with both hands
Facing east
As slowly as possible
Namu Myōhō Renge Kyō
Namumyo spinach kyo
After chanting three times, I slowly drink a glass of water.
If you do this every morning without fail, you can get great merit for your tongue due to the merits of the Lotus Sutra.

The basis of conversation is listening, not speaking.

First, listen carefully to what the other person is saying.
Try not to talk about it yourself at all.

That alone makes it completely different, so
Please try to keep that in mind.
