Can you tell if this person is suffering or not just by seeing and seeing the monks?

I don't understand.

I'm even suspicious of myself, but I don't understand other people's hearts.

So, even if there are elements that can be obtained from visual information, such as not even having facial expressions or being downright bright, I think the most dangerous thing is to “think I understand” with it.

Because I don't understand, I want to meet people with respect first.

Understood

I'll dare say...
If you don't have money, you'll suffer if you don't have it; if you have it, you'll suffer as much. That's what humanity is. Everyone is suffering in some way. Even if the person himself had no subjective symptoms.

However, in the world, “I'm much lighter than that kind of person, so don't think it's painful.” In this way, it is easy to suppress and kill both one's own suffering and the suffering of others.

I think that the existence of temples and monks should be a space where no matter what kind of suffering you are being pressured to death, should be a good space.
You don't have to compare yourself to others. You don't have to be afraid of others. I want it to be a place where I can face myself as I am, and I would like everyone to feel free to post any concerns they may have.

However, it's not like you can tell just by seeing or meeting what they are suffering from.

Somehow I understand

Somehow it's oozing out.
I have a feeling that people who are really okay are fine.
There is a feeling that people who make it bright are making it.
Everyone has the same struggles, so my mood probably changes every day.
That's why if you don't solve the four struggles from the ground up, you won't be able to make a real settlement.

Humans are creatures that see with their heads.
A storm of thoughts, thoughts, and information is blowing through my head.
Being able to be free from such things is the salvation of Buddhism.
Please ask for salvation.
I have a proper teaching.

Every thought is nothing more than a thought.
The worries and suffering are all due to one thought.
The wise man sees through the essence of that thought.
And it reveals its essence.
No matter how long ago, they didn't come or leave.
Remember where your thoughts happen.
Fact and thought are two different things.
A fact is not accompanied by a thought; every thought is a thought.
As expected, it has no shape.
Don't take things that have no shape as truth.
Truth lies away from thought and thought.
Even though it's there, it's OK to stop it.
Don't worry about understanding with care.
You should take a close look at things that appear in your body and mind right now and are not accompanied by anything you notice. You should take a look.

If you hide it so you don't show it out, you won't know.

but
People who don't have any “suffering”
it's not there, is it?
