Workplace relationships

I work at a supermarket, but I'm being harassed by a male colleague.

This man originally changed his attitude depending on his partner, and he was quiet in front of the president, chasing his girlfriend who was doing the cash register all day long, even during work, and it is said that customers don't feel comfortable.

They have such a bad attitude towards me, and the harassment is terrible (it also interferes with my work), so when I cried to the president and complained that my work wasn't going well or that I couldn't stand the harassment because of him, the president got mad at him.

But he only becomes a good person who can understand the story in front of the president, so I became the bad guy as a result.

The president's family has a bad reputation in the first place, and words don't get through, and this colleague doesn't even like her, then I don't care about anything else. It's a person called, and no matter how you do it, the situation hasn't changed, and it's painful.

I feel like it's just a matter of time.
In an environment where it is difficult to work, I think it is conveyed to customers.

I think the customer's eyes will be directed in the right direction.

There may be moments where I feel that working seriously is a loss, but people are always watching.

Also, men who harass them probably won't be able to continue with women at the cash register.

It's a teamwork job, so men who act selfishly, work seriously, and feel gaze at their actions may be an eyesore.

There is causal redress, so it's only a matter of time. Also, harassing men also notice their own behavioral statements, etc., and feel that the situation (failure) of a change in consciousness about work is a time of change.

While closing my eyes, I can sense that the voices of customers are heading towards a supermarket crisis.

I recommend changing your workplace.
before you fall down because of worry.

If you think you're right, change jobs!

What about Hiroyasu Ogoshi, next time.

The work environment is difficult, isn't it?
The cause of this is not you, but the president as the person responsible.
There's no way such a company will do well in the long run.
It's also important to give up quickly.
There is also a path where I want to fight without breaking my heart. The important thing is not to lose sight of yourself. You don't have to sacrifice yourself to serve the company. Gassho
