lost

In Buddhism, what was said or done no longer exists; it is a thing of the past. What I feel with my eyes, ears, nose, mouth, and skin now. If you do that, you won't suffer.
Then what about abuse? Bullying?
all that noise from the past?
Is it noise no matter what you do or what you do?
From an early age, being in such an environment develops personality. There are a lot of problems in everyday life.
If the past was noise, then now, this mass of me is an illusion.

I'm sorry for asking this question.

Adverse effects of the “here and now” religion

Dokin-chan, that question and feeling are important. You can hit it even harder. You don't have to try to convince yourself by cheating.

There is also a feeling that “here and now,” which is explained as a way of salvation, has received a certain evaluation and is made into a fixed phrase, but there is also a feeling that words walk alone before their original meaning is conveyed.

It doesn't mean the past didn't exist. The past that has shaped that person's present is an important history of that person and should not be taken lightly. It's not noise or illusion.

As long as people are people, there is no “here and now” divided by the past and future. “Here and now” is something that includes the past, the past, and the future.

However, that included past and future does not exist as an entity in the “here and now.” So I'm obsessed with that, and even if I try to solve suffering by focusing on that, I can't handle it because there is no substance. There are people who say “noise” as an expression with such meaning, and there may also be people who say “illusion.”

People live in a world of words, so when shaped into words, if it's an “illusion,” they have the illusion that there is an entity called an “illusion,” but that's not the case, there must be “something that uses that word as an expression to indicate.”
It's probably an expression of the painstaking efforts of each monk to tell you that, but it can also give the impression that they disdain that person's past and history due to misunderstandings or misunderstandings. That gap cannot be filled unless we sincerely ask each other questions and reconcile our thoughts and ways of using words.

So just hit it off.

The past certainly existed as a past. I'm still being influenced by that. However, it still boils down to “here and now” issues.
However, in my personal sense, I feel that the path of converging into “here and now” is an advanced teaching that must rely on meditation, observation, and an outstanding sense. (I myself say now and here as an expression)

There is a teaching in Buddhism that can be saved even for those of us who look back on the past and get lost worrying about the future. Buddhism has deep roots.

We look forward to your continued support.

memory data only.

Exactly!
The concept of “I” is an illusion.
Past memory data is a stimulus that consciousness receives, but whether it's my past or the content of a TV drama I watched 3 minutes ago, it's a stimulus that doesn't change much for consciousness.
Don't just take the memory seriously, saying “because it's my nickname,” you can think of it as a memory of the horror movie you just watched.
Little kids get scared to go to the bathroom after watching a horror movie.
Buddhists can think “this is a movie memory,” “this is a memory from when I was a child,” and “in any case, it's just memory of memory,” and “in any case, it's just memory of fear.”
The past has passed away and is no longer there.

No matter what comes to mind, “this is just memory data.” Why don't you make it look like that?
Memorized data can't hit me.
When it comes to stored data, it's not a big deal.

Also, let's prevent stored data from stimulating worries such as greed, anger, laziness, and pride.
Also, when your heart is overwhelmed by waves of greed, anger, laziness, and pride, imagine, for example, returning to a white path not invaded by waves of anguish with Namu Amida Buddha's nembutsu.
memory → fear and anger → “it's memory data” “Namu Amida Buddha” → a normal heart freed from fear and anger → → memory again→
You just have to live in the midst of repetition.
I'm no longer afraid of getting lost.
Even if you get lost, you can quickly return to the white path (road to paradise of the past) with Namu Amitabha Buddha's nembutsu.

wisdom and mercy

reverse, reverse, reverse.
In technical terms, there is the term “three o'clock job” (three o'clock job), and it doesn't mean that there will be no loss of action. Any action has three effects: ① an effect that comes out immediately, ② an effect that comes out a little later, and ③ an effect that comes out much, much later. Those three are 3 o'clock jobs.
If you act like that, you'll be bothered the whole time, so don't abuse them. don't bully me.
Dogen Zenji didn't know about this 3 o'clock job and instantaneously said, “Now is fine!” Don't practice with someone who says that! They go so far as to say that you'll become a person who has been in hell for a long time...

Well, I often write it like this.
“It seems like I'm thinking for myself, and surprisingly, I'm not thinking it myself.”
I'm not an illusion. It's a collection of past and present. The origin of causation, provisional union, absence or absence, color means emptiness, selfishness, all mean that. Everyone is coming together to shape me.

“Being in such an environment develops personality.” Yes, that's right. Therefore, you must avoid foods that are bad for your health, and choose where you are in the same way that you choose foods that are good for your health.

But you can't change the past. You can't even reserve the future. Praying for salvation in the future is itself an act of the present. The only thing humans can do is how to live here and now... there's nothing we can do other than accumulate that.

At such times, the act of “remembering the past” is definitely something I'm doing now.
It is certainly an accumulation of past influences. I don't want to call it personality; it's a habit of mind. However, what is repeating that habit over and over again now is still my current state of mind, isn't it?
When I think about the past that way, I end up doing second abuse to myself, not a second rape. Furthermore, by certifying “that's why I have this kind of personality,” they accumulate work due to being abused one more time. I want you to stop that.

On top of that, let's take in other good relationships now. As a result of that accumulation, the junk toxic gas that has accumulated in the heart will eventually be removed, and good nutrients will build the mind.
Please take a look at it again with that in mind. You should be able to see it differently.

it's a really difficult feeling isn't it

Thank you for your question. I have taken everyone's opinions as a reference, and I feel that they are suffering from thoughts of bullying and abuse. If you keep having that kind of thought, you will really be left suffering, but I think we should be able to live a way of life that relieves even a little bit. I'm sorry for my lack of dedication.
