Should I start over or start over?

I've been married for 20 years, and I've been subjected to violence all the time.
I was strangled in front of my kids in early spring of this year. So much so that the girl who couldn't see it stopped her. I wanted to do something over, so I changed my attitude, but the verbal violence didn't decrease.
Honestly, I don't want to use the energy of going back and forth. However, if I'm going to live alone, I want to go back to my hometown and relax with my mom.
The children are extremely calm, and the mother is told to endure enough and do whatever she likes.
Wouldn't it be selfish to want to live a leisurely life with an elderly mother watching the scene of her hometown? The kids are going to leave.

I want them to come out again if they can do it again.

I've been in touch with that kind of situation a lot, so
What I want to relax with my mother in my hometown
I'm not selfish at all.

However,
Can't I go out with my kids?

emergency evacuation

run away quickly!!
Hurry up and ask for help!!

We'll talk about that later.

It is also psychological abuse against children

Showing family violence to children falls under child abuse (psychological abuse).
If your child is 18 years or older, you are not a “child.”

Change your environment as soon as possible, both for your child and for yourself.
Please talk to the police or government office.
