My father's life is about to run out

My 76-year-old father's life is about to run out.

My father had cancer 4 years ago and has been fighting hard.
My father has lived a hard life without complaining about the suffering of anticancer drug treatment.

I can't even do anything that seems like filial piety, and I'm just upset when my father's life is about to run out.

How should I think about my father's death in the teachings of the Buddha?
And how should I deal with it here?

I'm writing here for the first time because I'm immature, I hope you can give me some advice.

The Buddha always saves your father

I read it.
Now that your father is about to pass away, I think you and everyone in your family are shrouded in deep sorrow and loneliness that cannot be put into words. I sincerely understand everyone's feelings.

Dad took his life from his parents, was raised by many people, and worked hard to survive with everyone while raising you and many others. And my relationship with you and everyone will continue to grow much deeper.
Please take care of every moment with your father, considering that the time will come now. It will be an irreplaceable and profound time for all of you, and you will inherit that time and relationship.

When the father fulfills his life, the Buddha always guides him, and when the father is born under the Buddha, he is freed from all suffering and hesitation, and is truly at peace.
Also, many ancestors and close people greet my father.
Please don't worry.
I also sincerely ask the Buddha so that my father can clear his mind and calm down his tenju and be at peace from the bottom of my heart, so that I can be at peace from the bottom of my heart, and I will be quiet with Nembutsu.

Please take good care of this time with your father and share it with everyone, and please be careful and see off your father.
Your father will always cherish your relationships with everyone. And from now on, your father will always always watch over you and everyone kindly.

I don't think there will be any shortage of loneliness and sorrow. Please come face to face with your father and share your joy and sorrow while sharing those thoughts with everyone.

That's because the Buddha always saves and guides your father with care.

I sincerely pray to the Buddha that the relationship between you and your father will continue to deepen and that everyone will get along well and live a happy life together.

How we perceive death depends on the religion or denomination we believe in, or the way we think and think of an individual.
For me, I don't think the end of life is an eternal farewell.
There will always come a time when we can meet again, goodbye for a while until then. I believe so.

There is a limit to life, though.

Dad is really working hard to fight his illness, isn't he? I really don't know the life span of a human being. There are times when the person I met yesterday is today. I don't know what religion they believe in. I'll just talk about the episode and the Jodo sect's way of thinking.
In the Jodo sect, when you run out of life, Amida will pick you up. Of course, it's important to chant Nembutsu.
And eventually our lives run out, and we can meet again in paradise.
There is a character called Nanmu-chan on the Jodo sect poster saying “We'll meet again.”
When my grandmother died, my cousin said, “Goodbye, grandma. Be well. I said, “Let's meet again.”
We will definitely be able to meet again in paradise with the power of Amida's original wish.
Please stay close to your father, who is doing his best right now, and take good care of him. No matter how unconscious it may seem, my ears can hear until the end. Please tell them about your thoughts and as positive content as possible.
I think that's the act of filial piety you can do now.
Please take care of your own body.
