How can I get stronger

Hi
I'm currently a college student and I belong to the baseball club.
I'm a substitute now, but I want to play well in games until I retire.

However, since ancient times, I have always spent a lot of time laid-back and tend to skip classes. Recently, practice has also started showing up on the ground at the last minute of the start time.

It breaks my heart because I know that the only way to become a regular is to work hard so as not to waste a minute studying or playing baseball. And I hate myself for not being able to sincerely face my goals.

How can I become a strong person who can control myself?

Don't aim for immediate strength, but bigger goals!

It may not have answered your question,
I'm wondering if going to games is a strong thing.
I'm in my 40s now, and I have a classmate who continues to do the club activities I did when I was a student.

I think my classmates who have been doing things they've stopped for over 20 years are much stronger.

If you don't like it, it won't last.
Without passion, it won't last.

It's about realizing that you're not good enough to become who you want to be.
I'm not being swayed by the team or results,
I think we don't have enough perspective on what the team can do.
Baseball isn't a sport where you get results through individual play, is it?
It's a sport where the result is a team's victory or loss, isn't it?

If you don't have enough practice, please do your best to support someone.
So, if the support isn't enough, please really make an effort for yourself.
First, please surpass who you were yesterday.
I think from there.

If you want to do it, move first.

Is this really what you want to do? Isn't it “unavoidably something we have to do” somewhere?
If it's really what you want to do and what you want to aim for, you won't be able to help but move. Sometimes you just don't feel comfortable.
However, somewhere in my heart, I wonder if today is good, and I'll start tomorrow again. If that feeling seems to be hidden, there is a possibility that you are not facing it as your own problem.
If you really think you have to do it now, it's until you move your body regardless of how you feel.

Please make strict rules for yourself

I'm imposing my rules on myself that are very strict

Unless there are special circumstances, I always make sure to leave the ground a few minutes before, and if I can't do it, I throw away my gloves. I will decide
If you break this, you'll have to throw away your precious gloves, and even if you buy them again, it's going to be a waste of extra money

If you break it, decide that the next time you do it is to throw away the spike
If you break them then, please throw them away in order; at the end, all the tools and uniforms you need for baseball will be gone, and you will have nothing to do with baseball

In other words, this is what
It means “if you don't like that, keep your promise at any cost unless there are special circumstances”, and if you don't keep it, you won't be able to become a regular

By the way, if I end up driving dangerously for any reason, I've made my own rules, and everything else, and if I break them, Yukichi will be FA from my wallet to a “bank account I can't withdraw for a few years”
If I do that 4 or 5 times a month, my wallet won't mean anything for that month, and if that is the case, it will be clogged up in various ways, so be careful. Fortunately, I've only transferred a little bit in the past so far, and Yukichi has been safe for a while now.

Strict my rules, that's how you control yourself
