The ultimate choice

Now is the time to make the ultimate choice.
please. Please help.

I aim to be an actor and teacher, and if anything, I'm interested in performing arts activities. This is because I wanted to work as a lecturer for school teachers, but when I was doing performing arts activities, the story of a full-time lecturer came in. And when I looked at the details of the contract, it was described that part-time work was prohibited because they were quasi-civil servants, and I thought at that time. Performing arts activities include appearing in dramas, etc., so if part-time work is prohibited, performing arts activities are not possible...
But it's tough on me financially, so no matter who thinks about it, I should prioritize lecturers, but I want to do performing arts activities.
The idea I came up with here

Give up being a lecturer and do performing arts activities

Stop performing arts activities and save money as an instructor

If you're asked if you can always earn money by giving up being a lecturer and doing performing arts activities, that's not the case.
I can work anytime if I have a teacher's license
There is no age limit for performing arts activities in particular
That's why I'm at a loss.
What should I do?

My age is in my late 20s
I also have age-related feelings.
please. If possible, it would be helpful if everyone who watched this could answer.

Are you prepared to take responsibility?

I read your question.
It's an important choice in your life, so we can't take care of it for you. You have to decide for yourself. And now that you have made your own choices, you are responsible for whether the results are good or bad.

Whether it's an entertainment activity or an instructor, there's no way to be 100% successful. It is quite possible that the result will appear to be a failure “objectively.” But at that time, “It's the path I chose.” If you are “prepared” to take on the results as your own responsibility, there must always be something to learn from failure.

Don't get caught up in immediate success or failure. I'm no different in age from you, but life is probably not that short.
Whichever path you choose, I'm rooting for you.

[Self-light] That's amazing

don't ask others such serious questions!!
Who can answer such a thing responsibly?
I really don't think that people who can't decide their own path can live a satisfying way of life.

is that OK?

Set a time limit

There are opportunities to get a job as a teacher even 10 years from now.
However, if an actor's career is interrupted now, wouldn't it be difficult to revive it?
If so, how about setting a time limit for trying to become an actor until what age?
Also, even if you don't succeed as an actor and come back to teaching, I think it would be good to gain life experiences where you can be a good teacher while working as an actor so that you can become an attractive teacher that is a bit different from other teachers.
Also, if you have students from the past, please be an actor that your children can continue to respect as your “teacher” even when you are successful as an actor.
Speaking of teaching positions, it's probably not just about hiring regular staff, but I think that is your own choice.
Regret is the affliction of anger.
Why don't you make a positive determination that you won't regret any choices you make and no matter what the outcome is?

Dream (what you want to do) or reality (what you should do)

Even if you talk to Yuuri's family and acquaintances
I would recommend a full-time lecturer,
Because there is less risk.

What is the return of performing arts activities
If it hits, it's big
Otherwise, the risk is huge.

From now on
The lecturer doesn't have that much of a mouth
What if I kick the story of the full-time lecturer this time
I don't even know if such stories will come out in the future.

I think you're wondering whether to give up on your dream
By continuing to work as a lecturer
New dreams and goals will also be born there
If I were you, I would be a full-time lecturer.

Incidentally, me too
Break your dreams and goals when you were young
I worked in various occupations
20 years have passed since I became a monk
A new goal is born
There is a feeling that my experiences up until now are being utilized.

Yuuri's performing arts activities too
It will be used in various situations in the future.
