I'm interested in Buddhism and monks!

I am currently
These are autonomic nervous ataxia, panic disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. As a result, I started doing sutras, zazen sessions, and visiting shrines and temples.
Apart from my obsession when I hear that monks do the first cleaning in the morning, I only clean my mattress every day. I recite the Kaikyo Sutra, the Heart Sutra, and Kaifun in the morning.
If there are any other things that monks usually do easily, I would be grateful if you could tell me.

Breathe slowly and deeply.

It's like taking 3 seconds to inhale and 5 seconds to exhale.

I'm taking a walk while taking a deep breath

Wake up in the morning, move your body slowly,

I'm taking a big, deep breath while taking a walk!

Reciting sutras is also good, but if you do it before chanting sutras in the morning

It's in good shape ✨

The walk is about 20 minutes ❗

Thanks to me

I'm not that old, but at some point I woke up in the morning and began my day appreciating that my body works with my will today as well.

I've seen a lot of people who have become unable to move their own bodies due to their own will, and they have taught me that being able to move is by no means a matter of course.

If you hit a cockroach

I casually praise him as “Namu Amida Buddha.” When they eat a meal, they praise him, “Namu Amitabha Buddha will be served.”
The voice was loud enough for the other person to hear.
I'm a member of the Jodo sect.

Burn incense

Something is burning incense.
It's the same as offering incense to the Buddha,
Clean the room, or rather
They also burn it when customers come.
I feel that it calms my mind.

There is also a type of incense called incense that you put on your hands. I recommend it.
