Is this world a form of causal retaliation?

I left the company due to depression.
I was harassed at work and it was really painful.
I'm still wondering why this happened, and whether it was my fault.
Even if it's my fault, I don't know where to fix it.
It makes me feel hopeless that I don't fit into this world or that I shouldn't have been born.
While I want to think that I was unlucky, it becomes difficult to wonder why such a disaster befell me.
Whichever way I turn, I feel like I have nothing but a hard life waiting for me.

Is this world a form of causal retaliation?
There are children who are no longer child abusers, but have they done anything wrong?

Or is this world just plain heartless?
Can death due to abuse within an infant or death involved in war be sorted out in a word of fate?

What kind of attitude should I use to live my life from now on?

The theory of cause and effect

Raccoon dog

I was harassed at work and suffered, became depressed, and was driven to the point where I was forced to retire... it's really painful...

I hope you can heal your heartbreak while gaining understanding and support from those around you to overcome depression without blaming yourself too much.

There is no denying the feeling that a bad image has taken precedence in the way people use it, but correctly, it is the “law of causality,” where all things and things in this world, including good and bad things, have results based on causality (cause and condition).

There is no cause, and even though no conditions are met, it is impossible for an effect to occur.

For example, even though no seeds have been sown, flowers will not bloom, and even if seeds are sown, no flowers will bloom even if they are scattered in places where there are no conditions such as soil, nutrients, water, or light.

Also, even if the conditions for soil, nutrients, water, and light are right, flowers will not bloom without seeds.

Of course, it is a world made up of countless intertwined causes and relationships, and there are times when it is impossible to simply say that this happened.

There are also places where it is difficult to predict how our individual karma, which has been inherited from past lives and previous lives, will function in various complicated causal relationships.

In order to receive rewards as a result of karma, it can also be broadly divided into “three o'clock karma,” and there are things that come out in the next reincarnation, and things that come out in the next next reincarnation, etc., and it is also naturally possible that there are cases where they come out after many reincarnations.

In any case, if you refrain from bad karma, make firm efforts to do good deeds, and prepare a causal relationship to firmly accumulate good works, it means that you will surely be able to move towards enlightenment and nirvana.

Anyway, it's a world of confusion and suffering, but there are good causes and relationships that allow us to be born as people, and now we are able to be born as people. Furthermore, I am blessed with a relationship where I can encounter Buddhism, which I am thankful for. By all means, I would like to take advantage of this blessed opportunity and continue to further improve good causes and relationships toward enlightenment by practicing Buddhism.

Karma is a fundamental teaching of Buddhism, but it does not exactly apply to everyone's life as it is.
Unfortunately, there are people who are born unhappy, and there are also people who are happy without making any effort. Unfortunately, there are children who die at an early age, and there are also people who are good people but encounter unreasonable circumstances. At times like that, I personally don't like “karma in my previous life ~” or “in my next life ~.” As long as there are no memories from a previous life or after death, a person only lives once.
There is also a consequential part of causal retaliation. It's easy to say “causal retaliation” for results, but it's hard to get results in the world. There are people who live a happy life but become unhappy at the very end, and even in an unhappy life, there are also people who die peacefully at the end.

What is important is to believe in “causal retaliation” and do what is as good as possible. Buddhism has a strong philosophical aspect, but there is no choice but to “believe” there. Buddhism isn't a religion anymore if you don't preach it...

You won't know the results until the very end. Now, let's do a “good cause” and wait for a “good relationship” in order to produce good results.
I'm sorry that I was only able to talk about mentality due to lack of experience.

Causal retribution is a teaching that explains the reason for things.

Causal retaliation is a difficult word, isn't it? Do good things because good causes are good causes and bad causes and bad effects.
If you do something bad, it will bounce back to you. It is said that's what it is.
“Why did this happen, or was it because it was my fault?”
Is there a bad cause? That's not true.
There is a cause and there is an effect. It's a teaching that explains the reason for things.
Just because you've done something good now doesn't mean your life will get better right away.
But wouldn't it enrich your heart if you could feel kind?
Can't you smile? That small accumulation will change that person's life.
It means that causal retaliation is being utilized in the big flow of time.
In Buddhism, we don't look for causes from outside; we search for causes within our own hearts. This is called introspection.
Modern society is not a good world where hard work is always rewarded. It's unfortunate.
Raccoon dogs are good at writing, and they're probably better at work than people.
It's just that communicating with others is difficult, isn't it?
Please play an active role in your field of expertise rather than lamenting bad things. I'm sure someone who will understand will show up.
Also, if you have any concerns, please feel free to write them.

There is a way to salvation

War, bullying, and abuse are all unforgivable. The people involved didn't do anything wrong, like you said.
However, there is a fact that we get caught up in reality.

I don't know if the term causal retaliation applies, but the truth is that if you open your eyes and look, you can see what lies beyond that.
When you eat chocolate, it tastes like chocolate. When I knock on the door, it makes a loud noise. That's all.

That's where cause and effect probably happen while they're together. The fact is that there is no right or wrong and it is just happening.

There is a past where raccoon dogs had a hard time. But that's probably not because of the raccoon dog's behavior. Now I don't have the suffering of that past. It makes me feel sad when I think about it, but reality has probably already been saved. I use the six roots and five senses to notice that. Feel your thoughts, thoughts, and previous facts, and find a way to salvation.
