Being scammed and self-loathing

The other day, I received an email from a certain online shopping destination saying that the fee had not been paid, and I made a phone call in a hurry, paid 36,000 yen with a prepaid card, and the next day, I found out that it was a fraud and filed a damage report with the police. I've been working in the financial industry for close to 30 years, and people who prevent fraud get caught in fraud, and it's really pathetic, and I can't break up with anyone. Every day, every day, I fall into self-loathing.

[Kobo is also a brush mistake]
It seems that even Kobo Daishi Kukai made mistakes once in a while.
Nothing is as bad as the mistake of ordinary people like you and me.

Please make the most of your experience.

Nice to meet you. The fact that they have been victimized by special fraud this time is all I know is just how much they feel. There are still many incidents like this, and it has become a social issue, so this time I felt like I was being tormented by the thought that I was.

I would be happy if you could use your experience of being a fraud victim not only yourself but also at the financial institution you work for to help prevent fraud damage so that you never suffer such damage again. The more you play a role in protecting your customers, the less likely it is that fraud damage will decrease.

I think you're feeling really frustrated. It may take time, but wouldn't it be wiser to think positively and live your daily life rather than getting too caught up in fraud? I'm rooting for you!

That would be a real shock.

You've probably been careful on a regular basis
At that time it was something else
They must have been distracted.
That's because people like you get caught
Special scams won't go away, will they?

There's no need to make this public
I would like you to work even harder to prevent fraud.
