I don't have confidence in myself.

This is my second question.
I'm currently attending a private medical university. It's such a time now, so it's an online class. As a result, I can't meet my college friends, let alone live alone, so I'm plagued by loneliness.
Probably because of that, I've been worried about so many different things recently, and I don't understand what I have such a dark feeling about anymore. However, what I have always thought in my heart is anxiety about whether I can become a medical practitioner like this. Studying at university is like studying for an entrance exam every day, and it's really, really hard. If you don't study, you can easily stay old. In fact, many of my friends have left their old age. Since it's a private medical system, the financial side is really tight, and it's bothering my parents. That's why I think I should never go back to school, and I'm just studying hard every day. However, no matter how much I study, I don't have any confidence, and I'm uneasy about the long-term training ahead. Will I really be able to become a medical practitioner in the future? Can they become human resources that can be used clinically? I know there's no point in feeling uneasy about the future. However, I don't like everything anymore.
Also, I've been so tired from worrying that recently I can't even get my hands on studying. Also, I feel guilty, and I feel even more guilty about not being able to get my hands on my studies even though I feel guilty.

What can I do to relieve this feeling full of anxiety? I would appreciate it if you could tell me.

Humans have always been trial and error

Good morning, Peeta-san. Thank you very much for contacting Hasunoha. You're working hard at a medical university, aren't you? I will support Peeta-san's ambitions.

Now, in the midst of the novel coronavirus crisis, everyone living today has been affected by it. Throughout its long history, humanity has faced various hardships and difficulties. Each time, humanity has shared, accepted, and overcome those hardships and difficulties by gathering, talking, listening, singing, dancing, mourning, and eating together. However, the “new lifestyle,” where people must not gather closely, must not closely interact, and must not talk closely, has simply stopped history over tens of thousands of years. So, like Peeta, I think it's natural, in a sense, to feel confused, frustrated, and lonely about that change.

Now, what are some ways to improve it?
One is devising a daily schedule. Be sure to include time in your day that has nothing to do with studying. For example, try devising a schedule where you can switch your head from studying right in front of you even for 10 minutes, such as walking, cleaning, exercising, walking, etc. The time you can focus on things other than studying refreshes your mind, mind, and body. We also recommend shading sutras, shabu-sho, and adult coloring.
The other is talking online. This is an age where online medical care is being considered, which was unthinkable in the past. We can't meet in person, but the fact that we can meet face to face and talk via the internet seems to be supported by unexpected people, as you can see even in the initiative called an online drinking party. Why don't you meet people in similar situations on the internet, talk to them, and find friends who can encourage each other in the future?

It's an age where there are many worries and anxieties, so please go through each day while balancing well in order to take care of your own mind and body. I'm rooting for you.

You are changing. You don't have to worry about it.

Currently, in the midst of the current COVID-19 pandemic, I feel that everyone is depressed. (Social depression) The original difficulties have become even more burdensome due to the effects of COVID-19. Therefore, it's important not to think that it's your fault that's hurting right now. I think this is the kind of time where it's okay to stumble a bit or stop.

Nonetheless, when there is an issue right in front of you, or when there is a financial reality, it's hard to feel like you've been driven into it.

I want to tell you two things.
① First, even if you are 1 or 2 years late, you won't die. Just because you're behind others doesn't mean it's ruining your life. There are times when humans are bad or when things aren't going well. But life, including that. There is no need to try too much to control yourself, and I respect that feeling that “you can't just do retirement.” However, even if you do stay old, it doesn't mean that your value will drop or you will be ruined. The world won't change, and it won't end. Please take the most care of your health and mind. There's nothing more important than that, that you're doing well, that you can live even when you're not well.

② You will grow and change. Can I become a medical practitioner if I have no luck right now? I'm worried. I understand that feeling (I want to say). I myself thought there were no bad people like this when I was a student. I thought I would never be able to do it in society. But when I went out into society, it was pretty good. That's because I had changed before I knew it. Rather than being changed, it was being changed. It was due to various encounters and support, and also due to my unwitting efforts.

You are writing a consultation text that is very easy to understand right now. I probably couldn't write when I was in elementary school. I guess I couldn't even read the kanji when I was in preschool. This is because before you know it, you have learned and changed. Isn't that natural? You might think that. However, there are many children in the world who want to learn letters but can't. They are also in Japan. There are also children who want to go to school but can't even get compulsory education. Humans change. You will definitely change as you learn. You will be able to work in the medical field without having to worry.

Just don't overdo it. You can rest when you're tired. I'm rooting for you, no matter who you are.

That's a slump.

Definitely a visit for those who are growing up
It's a time of year like being at a landing on a staircase.
I lost my responsiveness and motivation
You won't be able to do anything you've been able to do until then.

But the fact that such a period has come
After all, you're growing.
You're probably uneasy in the dark
Right now, I'm just quietly continuing what I need to do.

The fact that I was able to experience such a thing
I think it would be a plus as a medical practitioner.
