Is it aging?

I'll soon be in my 10th year as a working person, and recently I'm not interested in things.

I've been fond of anime and games since I was little, and when I was a student, I was so obsessed with it that I forgot to sleep and eat.
I also loved daydreaming and drawing illustrations from empty scenes and people's statements.
I was drawn to the world of fantasy, and I thought there was something naive about, so when I decided to get a job, I had a feeling that “I want to be a grounded member of society from now on.”

My current job has the hardships peculiar to emotional labor, but it's not a black work environment, and relationships aren't bad.
It can be fun, and it can also be a learning experience.

However, recently I haven't really felt that sense of being alive, such as the curiosity, excitement, or imagination that I felt before going out into society.
I'm in a state of inertia being exposed to games and anime that I liked.
My head is full of realistic things like work and life, and I don't have the energy to fantasize.
However, I haven't found any new hobbies, and recently I don't really understand what I want to eat.

Occasionally, I feel a sense of loneliness or impatience.
If you have any kind of ways to deal with these feelings, I would appreciate it if you could tell me. Thank you for your support.

Maturity rather than aging

Hello.

I read your question.
I think it's calming rather than aging.

As we enter a period of maturity from growth, and when we become flexible about work, there comes a time when we miss the things we were passionate about when we were young.

TV remakes and music cover songs are also sometimes aimed at the middle class.

There is also a part that can be said to be a path that everyone goes through.
As for food, I want to eat this too. Apart from that, this is fine too. There is also a season for

It's fine.

the heart...

I read it, and my name is Hiramoto from Jiyoin.

You haven't felt much curiosity or excitement lately, so you're worried.

First of all, let me start by saying, “Why don't you make time to calm your mind?”

As people get tired, they lose their vitality and curiosity little by little.

I think Nanashi-san probably noticed the yellow light in her heart.

Once your mind is relaxed, I think your energy and curiosity will spring up little by little.

And the way to relax your mind the most is to take a walk while feeling nature.

Without thinking too much, focus on your five senses and walk slowly while feeling the sensation of your feet, trees, flowers, and wind with your five senses.

It may still be hot right now, but in the fall, nature is beautiful, and it's the best season to take a walk.

When I get home from a walk, I take a slightly warm bath for a long time. Please try to live a slow and slow life while moving your body while living a regular lifestyle even on holidays.

There is no immediate effect, but I think the longer you focus on nature and your senses, the more your mind will heal, and your senses, vitality, and curiosity will gradually return.

Please try it if you think you've been scammed.

Also, games also have the effect of exhausting the mind, so it might be a good idea to take a break until you feel like playing again.

Also, if you have any concerns, I and Hasunoha are looking forward to hearing from you.

Maybe we've entered that kind of period.

I think it's like a so-called slump.
Before moving on to the next step
It's probably like being on a landing on a staircase.

Don't be impatient and leave it as it is
Until energy builds up naturally
Let's spend a quiet time.
